Loved the fact you could have a fire.

Toilets clean with lovely hot water. Unfortunately there was only one shower working.

Disliked the fact there was no where to empty chemical toilet

Within walking distance of Clachaig Inn where you have a drink or a meal.

Great location with plenty of walks nearby.

Glencoe Village with great village shop not far.

 Pros:

Lovely views and handy for the Clachaig Inn.

Ideal for backpackers hiking with tents.

Ideal for young people.

Cons:

Overpriced for what was available (£25/night for two people).

The chemical disposal point was bunged up solid and out of action The fresh water tap was close to the ground and looked unhygienic.

No separate pitches, just stony ground and sort ourselves out.

No staff around at night and warden's mobile number painted out.

Paid for 2 nights on arrival, but left after 1 night anyway.

Beautifully sited campsite in woodland with open glades and a river.

There is a natural swimming pond in a bend in the river with water too deep to stand in - wonderfully refreshing on a hot sunny day!

Lots of space so we never felt cramped - our 2 teenaged boys were able to pitch their own tents on the grass near our motorhome.

Good clean facilities but no hot water for washing up.

We really loved the location and the woodland set-up of the campsite, being also next to the river.

Access to the ladies’ bathroom blocks was a bit temperamental,

But other than that, a beautiful spot, thank you for having us!

Great site lots of varied pitches,

Great river swimming pool and unrivalled view from the pool,

Fire pits helped with keeping the midge at bay,

Only negative my two teens having to pay adults price made the site quite expensive per night having a family of six

Overall a great park with basic facilities

We went of a busy weekend and the campsite was very full. We got a spot ok, but car parking was at a premium. On arrival, they just took our money and told us to help ourselves - no help whatsever.

Toilets were not very clean and lots of noise after 11pm with no wardens visible.

Had heard lots of good reviews of this campsite, but we won't be back unless out of season and its a bit quieter.

Red Squirrel never disappoints. Such a quiet site and the views are spectacular ☺️ lots of wildlife around too.

Can't wait to go back next year.

Can easily walk to Glencoe taking in the scenery, or just a short 5 minutes in the car.

Perfect place to hang out with friends around a fire and great for a dip in the 'pool',

Stunning views and nice atmosphere.

Lovely walk to the pub in the moonlight!

 Great location, friendly staff

However needs to improve facilities ie Hygiene in toilets and bathrooms. Adding up more toilets and bath rooms with regular cleaning will make the place amazing.
