 Great bank holiday weekend, chilling and fishing making new friends,
The site is good for dogs too,
Close to Penkridge for the market also Stafford for shopping,
Looking forward to revisiting.

Fantastic site well kept john the owner lovely man.
Perfect location close to Penkridge market.
Close to Stafford so plenty of shopping if need to.
Peaceful relaxing site with a popular fishing lake on site.
Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning again.

Site was basic. We normally only use fully serviced pitches. But it is a lovely place. Very relaxing.
Grass pitch, EHU, water close by. Not sure what it would be like if weather was bad. We were lucky weather wise.
Toilets did leave a lot to be desired, but found another "block" which was better.
We will go back as it was just soooo relaxing and not far from home. The attitude of site owner was very relaxed which made for a pleasant stay.
Dog friendly.

This is such a lovely site: peaceful, tranquil, serene! Lovely owners and very modest fees.
Nearest town is Penkridge, which is around 2 miles away. Big recommendation

Beautiful scenery and setting. Very peaceful with lots of space. John was very welcoming and friendly and we will be booking again soon.
Lots of space for children to play, but just be aware there is a fishing lake (which was lovely).
Basic facilities stocked with soap and toilet paper, perfect for a short break!

Lovely flat campsite set in beautiful countryside and fantastic fishing pool

An excellent site. Lovely views and good fishing.
Plenty of space and site owner very helpful.
We did not use the facilities.
Near the M6 so excellent for stopping off in transit.
A lovely site for a longer stay too.

Top site. Really nice. Simple paddock with lovely lake. Plenty of room. Electric hookup all round. Heaps of fish in the lake.
Very nice and friendly and jovial owners. The ducks are wonderful. Nice grass and very firm. We weighed 8 tons and never left a mark at all.
We only needed one night place in the area, wish we had more time. Will come back for sure.

Great place to relax, simple amenities, but quiet enough to enjoy a family get away.
Basic, but a lovely setting and nice family run site.
Recommend if you don’t need luxury.
