Stunning location off the Old Coastal Road, white sand beaches though the high tide spoils the view.
Very spacious pitches, clean facilities.
Handy for going to Mallaig and Arisaig.
Beautiful for low tide walks on the beach.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights despite the gale force winds.

A great site in all respects! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and has put a huge amount of thought into the site and making it as environmentally friendly as possible.
Set in a great location with easy 2 minute private access to a beautiful beach /bay, with spotless modern facilities and great views from the pitches.
Do bring chocks as not totally level but easy to level up with them.
We swam in the bay immediately in front of the campsite which was safe and very picturesque, the owner was very helpful in looking up tide times without as asking and giving us advice on the best place to swim, (which she does too which is reassuring!)
Showers were hot and the cubicles well designed, with nice touches like the local (expensive but lovely) hand wash in the bathrooms.
Easy drive to Mallaig for the ferry (12 mins) and a whole host of beautiful empty beaches to explore. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is fantastic.
Everyone we spoke to was so nice and the showers, toilets and kitchen were always spotless.
Short drive to the shops and the beach is so nice.
The water wasn't too cold when I went for my swim either, around 12 degrees.
I will 100% be back as the entire experience was 10/10

When we arrived at Silver Sands, we were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and shown to our pitch (# 11) which was set in a great spot with superb views.
Facilities always clean and tidy, looked after and the showers comfortable with plenty of hot water.
The surrounding area is stunning and we had a wonderful couple of days, weather great and we saw amazing sunsets!
We could not fault our stay and we both said we will return!
Thank you!

Wow! What a setting! Right on the beach. Beautiful views (when the rain/clouds disappeared). And a great welcome as we arrived.
Having to have a key to access facilities (which were spotlessly clean) and having to pay £1 for a shower were the only downside…. But everything else more than compensated for it.
