Fabulous site right on the sea/loch front. Well spaced pitches and very well managed by John & Karen, who are friendly and helpful.
Ok the shower block is pretty old but gives you everything you need and is immaculately clean, which is the most important aspect.
Great for swimming and water sports with white clean sandy beaches.
Highly recommended. We shall visit again.

Excellent location right next beach, very peaceful site,
Plenty of small isles for kayaking,
Can’t praise owners highly enough for their attention to detail,
Sunsets amazing & view of Skye,
A place to go to get away from it all.

The view the view the view! We we on pitch 18 and the view from here was stunning pitched right by the beach.
The owners were delightful and very helpful. Facilities block was old and draughty but immaculately clean.
You pay for a shower but the upside to this is you get a great shower in a new shower area and don’t have to keep pressing a button.
The walking up area was brilliant as were all the other usual facilities. An absolutely brilliant place!
Location would get more than 10 if I could.

Visited a few sites on our trip round Scotland and this was the best, small, quiet and beautiful views, with easy access to the beach and sea for our kayaks.
Owners were welcoming and friendly. Was even somewhere to wash off salty kit, which was a nice change.
Wish we could have stayed longer on this beautiful bit of the West Coast

Stunning location, overlooking a small beach, white sands, fantastic sunsets, views over to Eigg and Rhum.
On arrival, John gave us a warm welcome with loads of information including where to walk for more white sands towards Morar.
Facilities are spotless, £1 for showers. Nearest shops are a drive away. Very reluctant to leave.

Just back from a week at this piece of heaven on the western highland coast.
Great pitches most with direct sea views and beach access which was fantastic for us having a kayak.
John and Karen are the most lovely welcoming hosts and take a real pride in their site and care for their customers.
We will be back and highly recommend Silversands.

One of the best campsite for a beach front spot amazing views, amazing sunset and the most gorgeous beach with white sand and warm waters to swim in.
The campsite host Karen was brilliant even when I forgot to pay the full amount for the stay plus let us check in early as we had a screaming toddler!
Will definitely be going back there when we visit Scotland again in future ❤️❤️❤️
