Don’t want to say this is the best site in uk as it might make it more popular.

It was fully booked mid week out of school holidays.

Didn’t use toilet block as no need.

This is a beautiful place, the site is blessed with beaches all around it, and terrific views from most spots on the site, most pitches seems fairly level some are slightly sloping.

The facilities are very clean and well kept, the site itself is well maintained and isn’t over filled so remains peaceful at all times. We have visited a few times and will continue to do so.

Nearby Mallaig, a small town, has a supermarket, with a few restaurants. There is a fantastic Bakery on the harbour which sells exceptional patisseries!

Arisaig, a small village nearby, also has cafes and a supermarket, though is not as large as Mallaig.

We think this is the best site along this part of the coast.

The owners were extremely helpful.

The site is well laid out so that every pitch has a view of the remarkable sea and shore.

Even on a dull day the bay shone.

There is even a golf course adjacent to it.

We had the most level pitch that we had ever been given anywhere!

Wonderful site, one of our favourites.

Stunning views over the beach, clean toilets and facilities,

Well maintained and kept very tidy.

No noise, great location for Askrig and Mallaig.

One of our favourites.

What can I say, absolutely wonderful! Karen and John were fantastic hosts at Silversands!

Facilities were all functional and extremely clean. Washroom was very useful for me with a small campervan, giving me availability to a kettle, microwave, toaster and ice block storage.

Thankyou Karen and John for your hospitality, I will be back to see you again Kind regards John, Helensburgh

 Absolutely exceptional location.

The site owners are warm and friendly.

This is a site you go to for the views, beach location and get away from it all vibe.

The amenities are immaculately clean and overall this is a first rate site!

We will be back ….

We stayed here in mid-May in our Eriba Puck on a long-awaited tour of the west coast of Scotland from the SW of England.

Fantastic site with very good, clean facilities and a truly beautiful setting.

John and Karen make an excellent team who just make everything work.

Probably our most favourite site in our 9 years of "pucking" off.

Highly recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere right on a beach with stunning views this is the place to be.

Small friendly site with a variety of different types of pitches and decent washing and toilet facilities.

The site is a couple of miles walk from the nearest village so eating out is a bit of a hike if that's your thing.

Cracking place, will be back.

First time to this site and had a wonderful time.

The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The toilet facilities are maybe a little old fashioned but they were spotlessly clean and did the job which is all that is needed.

We’ll definitely be back!
