Great site, with good sized pitches (mostly caravans), in a nice location. Although the facilities are quite dated, they were always clean and had a certain charm about them. There were lots of toilets and individual washing/dressing cubicles. Only four showers, but they were the best showers I ever had. Nice powerful showers, with good temperature and power adjustment (and not push button timed). Very friendly staff, but its best feature is the playing field next door. It has gate access from the site and is ideal for dog exercising and kids letting off steam.

An excellent site with a great welcome and personal assistance by the Wardens.
The top of the site, on your left as you approach, is level so was a bit too crowded for us. We opted for the lower area where blocks need to be used. Yes there is road noise but it didn't really bother us - the thunderstorms at 3am however were a different story.
It's only a few miles from the Severn Valley Railway and next door to a great pub that serves great food and fine ale.
In fact it's so good that we'll definitely be back!

This is a lovely, very well-maintained site with good facilities (including dartboard, pool and table tennis tables), although the pitches are not always very level.
Local pub and canal is about 50 yards from the site's back gate and there are regular buses, into Kidderminster, from by the pub car park.
Toilet block was very good, well stocked and clean, although I still can't see the logic of closing both ladies and gents together for cleaning.
All the warden's were really friendly and helpful.

Visited here over the late May bank holiday. Pouring down when we arrived. Reception and main toilets closed between 11 and 12 but the disabled toilet can be used.
Staff really lovely and helpful and showed us to our pitch with space for our friends next to us.
Probably the worst pitches on the site as right next to the road. However this didn't affect us, there was quite a lot of traffic noise during the day but we didn't notice it at night.
Just make sure you get pitches more towards the centre of the site.
Right, mild moan over!
The site is beautiful with massive old trees, a great play area, indoor games room, great wash up area, super clean toilets and showers. I also really liked the cubicles with sinks in for private washes!
As a dog owner, I was very impressed with the massive excercise area and plenty of poo bins.
There is a walk of 2 miles into Kidderminster along the canal.
Bewdley is a charming village 5 miles away. Well worth a visit.
The village of wolverley 10 mins walk away. With a shop, pub and a lot of interesting buildings.
All in all a lovely site with plenty to see and do in the area.

Second visit in a month - this time stayed 2 nights to travel to the NEC Motorhome show on other side of Bham - although about 45 mins there took about 2 hours back because of M42 roadworks and very bad traffic direction within the NEC road system!
Still like the site - grass pitches still OK despite heavy rain! And both site staff and local pub (The Lock)very friendly. Cassie (our dog) says 10/10.

Lovely site - set on 3 levels. Very friendly welcome by the wardens. No hard standings but level and well-drained pitches. Large field adjacent where dog can run free! Good pub couple of mins walk from site - food good and dog friendly + free wifi. Had a great evening 'upstairs' - the local folk club meets there every Monday. We were made very welcome.
We felt very relaxed on this site - perhaps because site had a more 'laid-back' feel with less 'rules' than other club sites! (Some C&C and Caravan club sites remind me of my time in the forces - very neat and tidy but plenty of rules so that you don't need to think I guess! EG. wWe have never felt the urge to skateboard around the toilet block - have you? !)
Site has an interesting history from WWII - ask wardens. We will return!

We stayed at this site because we were attending a wedding in Kidderminster which is a 10 min. Taxi ride away. As with all Camping&Caravanning Club sites this was first class. Very good facilities and very helpful staff. The site is next to a canal system(name escapes me)with walks into Kidderminster and in the other direction and the Lock Inn next door. There is also an ice cream parlour/cafe and an 18 hole mini golf course next to the site. Other attractions close by include an Arboretum.

Visited our friends who were pitched longer term. Bank holiday weekend so they were full. Lovely clean toilets and showers. Gentle sloping site which had the sun on it. Big field for dog walking and football etc adjacent. Friendly staff. Loved it. No clubhouse so nice and peaceful. A small shop with the basics. Swings n slides for the kids. Ample watering points. A great atmosphere and relaxing break.

This was a lovely site set in the village of Wolverley which is just outside Kidderminster.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon to a very friendly welcome from the two ladies on reception. We were then given the choice of several pitches. Some of the pitches slope a little. The pitches were average size with water points close by.
The toilets and showers were always clean, my wife mentioned the ladies have private wash cubicles but only one sink outside the private areas, so queues did happen when hands needed washing. No problem in the mens, though I thing just one handryer wasn't enough for this size site. These were a little dated, but as I said, clean.
The site was full as it was bank holiday weekend, but it was quiet at night.
All in all, a nice site, a little updating of the washrooms would improve it further.

Previous to arriving at this site I had called to ask a question, I received a very abrupt answer from a lady who worked there. When arriving there was a very friendly lady on site, but soon saw the other abrupt lady who I think needs a little training in communication considering she has to greet many people!
Apart from that Wolveley is a lovely site, very clean facilities and well organised.
We walked into Cookley about 1 mile to a lovely chip shop, and walked into Kidderminster about 1. 5 mile along the canal.
