Just got back from a another trip staying at this beautiful site, infact didn't want to leave. Julia and Paul keep the facilities spotless and are a very helpful and friendly team.
The pitches are spacious and the surroundings are wonderful. This is one of the nicest sites we've stayed at and definitely will be returning to for many years.
The first few days I stayed on my own and as a women in my 50s this sometimes can be daunting but here I really felt comfortable safe and at home.
Thank you all for making it a perfect stay!

Fantastic site with large pitches, some grass and some hard standing. Elec & water taps next to your pitch. Rhona and Philip, keep the campsite well maintained with immaculate large showers and toilet blocks.
Great children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, swings, woodland area to walk and explore in. There are large pucnic benches all around the campsite to use.
Great location in Anglesey to visit local places, there is a Tesco, fish n chip shop, pubs, cafes, seafood shop all within walking distance.
The lovely beach is 15 mins walk away and some parts of the beach are dog friendly.

Lovely site. Great location for Anglesey and north wales. So much to do but ran out of time so will be returning to this site.
The wardens are fantastic the site is immaculate and so great for the children with a nice park, woods for building dens, a hut for them to hang out, tennis/badminton court, great for kids bikes.
Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend. Would be lovely if site had small shop for essentials but Tesco just down the road.
The pub down the road is very dog friendly although you need to walk to the next bay for the dog friendly beach. Good spacious pitches.

I am absolutely in love with this site, The wardens work hard around the clock to keep the place tidy, clean, and to a fantastic standard- and their hard work shows. The grass is kept short and manageable every day, the bathrooms are so clean it feels like walking into a 5 star hotel just popping to the loo at night, the showers are a great temperature and pressure, the pot washing facilities are very large and there are over 3 bathroom facilities posted all around the site.
The staff are very friendly and will help with your every enquiry, it's so nice to see a site kept up with such fantastic standards. Each pitch has its own water tap or sometimes 2, electric hookup and there is no shortage of hard standing pitches for those who prefer them, at the top of the park you get great views of the mountains, and on the way to the local shops you get an amazing view of the beach, local community and the mountains also. There is a book swap/ dvd swap/ library area in almost all bathrooms which is fantastic for staying cosy on a rainy day.
I would highly recommend this site to anyone and everyone- tent campers, caravans, motorhomes, campervans etc etc.
Also I would like to add that contrary to the facilities listed on ukcampsites, this site does indeed have a dog walk area, disabled access, chemical disposal points, gas exchange, baths, recycling facilities for glass, and groups are indeed welcome.

Lovely site with really friendly wardens, huge pitches and spotlessly clean.
Kids play area is one of the best we've seen - swings, slides etc, table tennis and tennis courts, football field and small woods to build dens in.
Narrow access lane on recommended route but make sure you follow this route as the road is even narrower the other way in and we even struggled to get our car down it after a day out!
So much to do and see in the area and great beaches too. Highly recommend the National Slate Mining museum (free) and steam train ride around the lake (not free but not excessive). The copper quarry was an awesome site to walk around too. Crab fishing in Beaumaris was great and there are plenty of beaches with rockpools to explore not too far away. My son also loved watching fighter jets landing and taking off from the MOD airport. St Cwyfan's church on an island cut off in high tide was well worth a look around and the beach was fantastic for rock pooling with the kids.
Only negatives were no shop on site so had to drive if we forgot something (not a huge hassle but not ideal) and the booking system is a little odd. You have to ring up to enquire but I couldn't get through so emailed them. They then wanted to know more details such as the nationality of our caravan before confirming if they had space. After this I had to fill in a paper booking form and send it together with a deposit. It was just a minor niggle when used to just booking by phone or online.
The pitches aren't cheap however given how well maintained they are, the size of them and the fact they each have own EHU and water I felt the money was justified.

We have just returned from our third stay here and have to say it just gets better and better. We were there for two weeks and had the best time. The site is so clean and facilities are brilliant. I like that there is poor mobile reception as the kids go off and play rather than sit on devices.
Particularly positive feedback for Mack the warden who absolutely made our little girls day every single day by making a fuss and having a laugh with her. She looked out for him every day and he never failed to spend a few minutes entertaining her despite having a busy workload. I do hope that he is there next year. The overall committent to customer service from the owners and wardens is second to none.
Only minor criticism is that the newer wardens do not come across as chatty or friendly but this might just be down to personalities. Slight risk of them feeling uninterested and sometimes ride at times but as I say this is a very minor point.

Just returned after spending 10 days here.
Excellent site, big pitches. Although some fields are a bit sloping.
Clean FREE showers(always hot) and good toilets.
Very well maintained site overall with plenty of space for children.
Have only 2 complaints. No laundry facilities at all on the whole site. C'mon this is 2017 ! ( No self service launderette nearby in Benllech either )
Almost non existent Wifi on the whole campsite.

Cracking site. Booked this site on the strength of the reviews it has and wasn't disappointed.
We stayed on the white field which was perfect for the kids, right next to the playground and football pitch.
The toilets/shower block was perfectly clean, as was the whole site. Immaculate.
The pitches were very generous in size and the warden is so helpful and does a wonderful job.
I cannot praise it high enough and will be returning. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Just come back from Plas Uchaf Caravan & Camping Park after staying 3 nights. Staff are wonderful and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Site is well looked after and toilet blocks are kept immaculate.
We stayed in the White Field, which was near the play area for the children. Site is easy to find. Road leading to site is very narrow in parts.
Tesco is a minutes drive away along with fish and chip shops and the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would stay at this site again.

Lovely site and very friendly and helpful wardens. Perfect for exploring children but still quiet because of the amount of space for them to run around. My son stood in dog muck and walked it into the tent, but this is more a reflection on the dog's owner than the site.
My only disappointment was that we requested to stay another night (thur) but were told we couldn't because someone was taking our pitch, despite the field we were in having at least a dozen free pitches and being mostly empty. Otherwise perfect site.
