Pitches require some major work to fill in the holes in the ground on the pitches.
Some policing of none site traffic needed using the narrow access road.

This camping site is part of of large holiday park, with lodges and statics, but well laid out.
All areas were clean and tidy and the staff very friendly.
The on site shop is well stocked, styles ice cream a mega plus, there is also a burger van on site.
Just down the road is the sea, a pebbly beach, nice pub with good food and beer. Also on the beach was a fish bar, pizza place and a sauna van! This isn't my typical site, but was convenient for some coastal walking that I wanted to do.
I was surprised with how nice it was, though I'm not sure I'd go in high season when all the camping fields are open and the statics are rented out. But that's just my preference, it's a good family site.

Stayed here for weekend with friends in four units. This is a beautiful gem of a site! Right on the beach AND gorgeous countryside.
We had five dogs between us who loved walking along the beach and running freely in the gated dog field.
Plenty of showers & toilets that were kept clean.
Small shop on site. We stopped for a drink at the Anchor Inn on site.
They were fully booked for dinner, so will pre book for our next visit.
We all said we will return.
Only thing I would improve is to be allowed a firepit.

Booked a grass electric pitch which is pick your pitch when you arrive-all seemed good sizes but most on a slope - looked at the hard standing and they seemed very tightly packed in and not pleasant so glad with our choice.
Great location for beach and pub.
Toilet/shower blocks clean but could do with upgrading. Food van only seems to open at weekends.
No security on site - anyone can drive in or out which is a bit worrying.
Can’t comment on customer service as never saw anyone.
Probably wouldn’t go again unless needed to be in that area

I loved the walks around and the close proximity to the sea.
I would have preferred another pitch than under those trees.
But the shower block with facilities inside the unit is the best I've been to.

The perfect break booked last minute. Our first trip in the van with driveway awning. Good facilities.
Close to the stony beach. Plenty of scenic walks and we could see the sea from our pitch on Big Berries.
Obviously children about but didn't bother us. Field slopes but easy to find a horizontal place! We'll visit again!

We had an amazing holiday
The site was brilliant
The weather very good,
The site was very clean and run really well,
The only thing that was disappointing was getting in and out of the site with the road, but other then that very peaceful ideal holiday
Would definitely go back.

Newbie caravaners so a little daunted at having to choose our own pitch especially as site had quite a slope.
Site very well maintained and all the facilities really good.
We chose the site so we could walk with our Old English sheepdog and were not disappointed, with the SW coast path crossing the site providing scenic walks in both directions.
Site got quite busy on the weekend and with everyone choosing their pitch it began to feel crowded.
