 From leaving home and arriving at site it was easy to follow directions from the M50.
Once on site we were taken to our pitch by the friendly wardens and told where everything was.
We were also given an information sheet which told us when markets were on and other information.
The dog field was excellent very secure, showers were great and facilities cleaned everyday.
On site you have the pub The Mill and booking is advised, we went on the Sunday and it was excellent.
Hereford, Ross on Wye and other areas all within easy driving range.
We have stopped at most Morris leisure sites and enjoy going back every year.

A well laid out & well kept site with very good facilities (including fully-serviced pitches and even a dog wash!).
An excellent pub / restaurant adjacent to the site (booking advisable at weekends for meals).
A pitch and put course & dog field within the site also Wi-Fi. Some road noise but not a problem.
There are other local pubs/ restaurants nearby if you want a change of scene for meals.
The staff were at all times friendly, informative and efficient.
N. B. - Approaching the site is straight forward as long as you follow the approach instructions on their website -many local roads are not suitable for motorhomes or caravans. Coming from Hereford there is a narrow bit of main road where care is required as HGV's / farm vehicles are regular users.
Will definitely come again.

What a wonderful site with very helpful staff.
The facilities, while not vast, were spotless, the showers just the right temperature.
The dog walk was the best we’ve ever seen and there are so many walks off site too.
We used the laundry, which was very reasonably priced.
We will definitely be back.

Stayed for 3 nights at Poston Mill, with high expectations having stayed on multiple occasions at the other Morris Leisure sites and thoroughly enjoying them.
The journey was fine until about 5 miles from site where the road became very rough, occasionally potholed and particularly narrow in places, just for info.
The site is split in two, a large static caravan area and a touring area which is well kept and for the most, quiet. The facilities were fairly modern and always clean, however would probably be insufficient for the touring area when full.
If a dog owner, this site has what I'm told a really good dog walking field area, and most tourers seem to have at least one dog to enjoy this. With a handy bus stop right outside the gate to either Hereford or Hay on Wye, which we used on both directions. We had planned to cycle to Hay on Wye, but we're put off by the speed cars and lorries that seem to travelling at along this road. We did walk to Vowchurch and Turnastone along the fields at the back of the site one evening.
The site has a good 9 hole pitch and putt and an on site pub serving very nice food.
However, the location and its limitations, and the facilities not being like other Morris sites would not drive us to come back any time soon.

Extremely clean and well run. Immaculate facilities. Very organised. Lovely pitch n put golf.
However very dog orientated and visit ruined by continual yapping and hence left a night early.
Also situated on quite a busy ride hence restricted walking and cycling. Pub on site good. However no local ale sold.
Nearest pub 1.9 miles away and nothing else local other than a small convenience store.
Would not return.

Lovely quiet site, beautifully kept. Road just outside of campsite has occasional traffic noise but not a problem for us.
On the plus side there are bus stops just outside of the campsite going to Hereford and Hay on Wye.
Big field for walking dogs and also a riverside walk, also a small golf course and on site pub serving very good food. There is even an on site dog groomer!
My only small criticism is the hairdryers are worse than useless, cool air at low speed.
More importantly, I was disappointed that there were no recycling facilities, it really went against the grain to throw plastics, glass etc into general waste.
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
We may not return to this particular site again, only because there are many other places that we want to visit, but we would certainly try one of the company's other site's.

Faultless! Warm friendly welcome by knowledgeable team on arrival for 9-night stay.
Escorted to our large pitch close to facilities, lots of space between units, site immaculate condition - pitches, extensive dog walking area and sports/games fields all beautifully manicured.
A nine-hole pitch and putt, with complimentary use of golf clubs, was much appreciated.
The shower block/toilet facilities were immaculate and spacious.
Another treat was the on site independently owned pub/restaurant offering high quality and good value meals, to either eat in or takeaway, just a couple of minutes walk from our pitch.
So much to see and visit both nearby and further afield, including: Hay on Wye, Hereford, Brecon, Presteigne and Abergavenny, and, more locally, Brobury Gardens (outstanding, and with excellent cafe) adjacent to River Wye, and, close to Bromyard, Brockhampton House and Gardens (NT) which was well worth the drive.
With so much more still to see and do in the area a repeat visit to Poston Mill is assured.

A great stay despite the dampish weather.
The whole site kept very well.
Excellent facilities; level hardstanding pitch with electric and water;
Spacious grounds with enclosed dog walking area and games facilities;
Pub with food on site;
Beautiful area with local walks from site and bus stop at gate to Hereford or Hay-on-Wye.
Thank you guys - looking forward to our return.

We arrived at Poston Mill on Friday and went to check in. The staff were very friendly and told us the info needed for WiFi and pitch and facilities for my dogs. We were shown round to our pitch.
The site was lovely with an enclosed area for the dogs. Dog cleaning area A pitch and put. And a playground.
The services were very clean and showers were hot. There were other facilities ie laundry, dish washing area but I didn’t use those.
The was a small shop and a lovely pub that accommodated dogs in eating area big or small.
This was invaluable due to the unfortunate weather rain and snow we had for the Saturday. There was a bus service available to Hereford and surrounding areas but we didn’t get to use it.
We felt the weather and the fact we were unfortunately full of cold didn’t help the weekend but we would definitely consider returning when feeling healthier and weather was a bit better.

Just had a fabulous cheeky November stay at Poston Mill to make the most of the weather!
Fabulous site with great pub/ restaurant on site!
Bus stop outside to take you into Hereford for a mooch!
The pitches and facilities are great, 6mm pea gravel on the pitches and if you know you know!
Beautiful riverside setting with golf course and dog walk.
Lovely friendly hosts and we will definitely return. 🥰
