Arrival on the site was very welcoming, the site entrance and driveway looked well kept.

Booked in by very helpful young lady.

Lovely variety of animals including chickens, goats, alpacas, pigs cows and sheep.

Showers and toilets were quite clean, shame about the cobwebs in the shower that were there throughout our stay.

Both local pubs good for food.

Plenty of places to visit locally.

Good games room and play area for the children, but games room was sometimes shut early.

On site shop very good with frozen meats from the farm produced animals, which were very tasty.

Free range eggs available from the very free range chickens.

Found the wardens to be quite abrupt, especially towards the children, who were just enjoying themselves.

We have just got back from a very enjoyable stay at this campsite.

The toilet blocks were very clean and the shower stalls are enormous! Lots of hot water, at no extra charge.

We all enjoyed seeing the chickens wandering about, the fat Kune Kune pigs and the goats, and especially the alpacas which had just come back from the hairdressers. They should ask for their money back!

Our dog enjoyed the dog walking area.

The service in the shop was very good, and friendly. In fact all the staff we met were helpful and friendly, so the management team must be doing something right.

We ordered a chinese takeaway, which was delivered to the site, very handy.

To sum up: a good site, with very good amenities. Not cheap, but good value.

Greenhill is a lovely green site. Very well laid out. We were pitched in the Top Field, which is the 'closest' field to the railway line - although that is still a number of fields away. Yes there was a little noise from the number of trains on this line, but certainly not enough to bother us.

The toilet & shower facilities (of which there are two, with a third due to be completed soon) were spotlessly clean and nice and warm too. Water pressure & temperature of the shower was good too.

Nice little field for children to play in with goal posts, activity area and a small slide for little ones. Also a games barn complete with arcades (50p pinball/£1 pool), table tennis (bats provided and balls available to purchase from the shop) plus books to borrow.

On site shop too, with a good range of well priced provisions - including fresh eggs (20p each) from the free-roaming chickens.

Just got back from another stay at Greenhill Leisure. Since we visited last year, they have gained two extra fields, one of which we stayed in.

Very friendly staff as always, lots of different animals from very free range chickens to Alpacas and much more.

The grounds are kept extremely tidy and shower, toilet and washing up facilities are all superb and kept very clean.

We had EHU and the area was very flat. We did have a very windy night, so be warned as the area is very open.

Great campsite and definitely worth a visit.

Just returned from the late May bank holiday weekend trip from this delightful campsite. Staff were beyond helpful and were escorted to our pitch by a wee 4x4.

Pitch which was clearly marked out with metal posts large enough for tent large porch extension and car,(by the way there was no extra charge for awnings and porches. We were in the bottom field which was level and very large but a little exposed to the winds which came gusting through the fields opposite with very little shelter.

Windbreaks are a definite must although this was an unusually blustery weekend wherever you were camping in UK.

The toilet facilities were immaculate as were the washing up sinks, sumptuously large and spacious. This is a great place for family with snooker table, table tennis and tabletop football not to mention numerous arcade games lining the games room (don't forget to bring your balls as mentioned in other review).

Football field, children's play area and climb on tractor. In the games room is a communal fridge and freezer for those of you with a trusting disposition, and info wall full of leaflets and helpful notices. The on-site shop was surprisingly very reasonably priced with food and camping accessories ( and plenty of tall windbreaks if you happened to forget yours!).

All in all a first rate campsite my only disappointment was having to cut my trip short as tent poles eventually succumbed to the battering winds and were strapped with duck tape and a very wet Monday forecasted so decided to cut my loses and leisurely pack up on the beautifully sunny Sunday evening albeit a very windy one.

Will definitely be returning to this campsite but with a more sturdy Outwell tent this time!

We've just returned from an overnight stop at Greenhill, and even though it's less than half an hour from home (testing equipment etc!) we are certainly planning to return.

It's a well laid out, green looking site. We were on the top field, which is closest to the railway (still fields away!) and although there were a number of trains going through, this did not cause us any bother. There are currently two toilet/shower blocks with a third due to be completed very soon. The facilities were spotlessly cleaned and warm too.

Great field for children, with goal posts, play area (more activity course than swings), small slide for little ones, plus a games barn complete with arcades (50p pinball/£1 pool), table tennis (bats provided and balls available to purchase from the shop) plus books to borrow. On site shop too, with a good range of well priced provisions - including fresh eggs (20p each).

All in a very pleasant and welcoming site - we loved the free range chickens roaming the site too.

Just returned from double bank holiday stay on site.

Very well laid out site, facilities cleaned every day, no queuing for toilets or showers despite site nearly being full.

Good walks for dogs along special dog walking field.

Young fishery with plenty of bream and tench in lower lake and carp in upper lake. Good.

Hens, sheep, pigs and alpacas to name a few of the animals around the site for visitors to view.

Wardens very friendly and helpful

Plenty of good pubs around area, most serving food.

Oxford with boat trips and bus tours and Woodstock with lots of quaint shops very near.

Plenty of supermarkets within a short distance.

Will certainly return

First time camping. Owner very welcoming. Pitch ideal for tent and plenty of space for car. Boys enjoyed football field and small play area (no swings). Indoor play barn includes snooker and table tennis (bats provided but no balls - take your own or purchase from shop for 50p). Shop open for a few hours in the morning and late afternoon - reasonably priced. Toilet, shower and washing up facilities very clean and modern. Lovely site close to Oxford ring road so easy to get into Oxford. We visited Cotswold wildlife park, Bicester Village and Oxford. We didn't have time for Waddesdon (which is one of the best National Trust properties we have ever visited with lovely grounds and gardens). Also there is a Go outdoors camping store opposite the Redbridge Park and Ride car park which was handy. Only issue with this site is that you can hear the trains at night but this would not put us off visiting the site again.

Nice site staff, very helpful. Loads to do great fishing and plenty of animals for the kids. Site is very clean and well maintained. Great little shop and very good prices.

You will need a couple of extra levellers as site is sloping in places. Will visit again without a doubt

Just be on your guard when driving through village, roads are quite narrow and sharp bends.

Good place to set up camp to tour round not too far from Windsor. Bicester village outlet was a good day out. Loads of place to eat out and not too far to travel from stoke-on-trent.

 We stayed for 2 weeks.

Great site, friendly owners and 2 full time wardens in peak season to help out.

Pub in the village down the road (1 mile, no pavement, take a torch!) is nice.

Great modern roomy showers, drying facilities and cute free range animals to pet (the pigs might bite though!)

No problem with access for the biggest units, the farm has articulated lorries in and out and even American RV's move around easily - nice big gates and plenty of room for manoeuvring our twin axle beast and 4 x 4 pick-up.

In summary, definitely worth a visit.
