A site perched on the top of the cliffs with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
The site accepts Tents and Tourers but is limited in size. It is very busy over the summer and Bank holidays so getting there early is a must.
The site has a shop and a clubhouse with childrens hour party games to keep them happy.A chip shop and amusement arcade.
Adventure playground and below the cliffs down a steep winding path there is a nice beach. When the tide is out there are many rock pools for the young ones to explore.
The washing facilities are good and elecctic hook ups are available.
Its only about a mile from the Abbey and the famous 199 steps so a walk into Whitby is also possible for the adventurouse types.
