Had a lovely week staying at this site, we were pitched on the rally field at the rear of the site on M4 which was a quiet spot within a short walk of the shower/toilets/washing up facilities which were always kept spotlessly clean and we noticed that the shower curtains were changed weekly. The site is within walking distance of Snettisham Beach and the RSPB area which made for lovely walks seeing all sorts of wildlife, this included feeding the ducks that came to our van daily, watching the rabbits and even spotting the odd deer on site. This was the perfect site for us and allowed us to venture out to the various towns and villages of Norfolk along with partaking in Norfolk's fantastic selection of locally sourced food. We will definitely come again. The closest shop is just down by the Beach about 10 minutes walk from the main gates, Tesos and Co-op are about 10 minutes drive away and we did visit the Beavers Retreat for a welcome drink after a long day of driving through the villages

Just returned from yet another great visit, this site is pretty, friendly, spacious, and set in an area of natural beauty all around.
Toilets and showers are cleaned regularly, night life is busy and all three nights entertainment was good.
The play park is nice and safe our eight year old girl really enjoyed it and made a fair few friends.
There is a fair few seasonal caravanners on site but all nice people and very friendly.
I would highly recommend this site for space, value for money and great service.
We will be returning the next bank holiday weekend.
If you visit please visit the beech cafe next door, really good food.

Fabulous site, perfectly placed for the beach, just a short walk away & close to Hunstanton.
Clean & functional shower & toilet blocks.
Lovely, soft grass pitches perfect for those, like me, who like to feel the grass under bare feet!
Great chippy & well stocked shop nearby.
We'll be back!

Great site let down by its customers. Far too much noise from people leaving the club house at midnight quite drunk and unable to keep their voices down. Also a dog came over and urinated on the kids play tent before being recalled by its owner who never apologised. Maybe the site owners could try to keep more of an eye on these obvious problem areas.
My advise for campers is don't have electric hookup and pitch in the far corner, far away from the field entrance.
Everything else OK for the price. Toilets OK, clean, plenty of hot water and loo paper, staff helpful and understanding. I would go back again.
Local sandy beach 500 metres away but I suggest you check (Hunstanton) tide tables on the internet and make sure there will be high tide around the time you want to be on the local beach as at low tide the sea must be a kilometer away through the mud.

This was our second time at Diglea we liked it the first time and on our return we were pleased to be in the back field where we were before. This time we went for electric hook up, was quite noisy during the evenings so probably would opt for no electric on the quieter side of the field. The toilet blocks are basic but clean, in need of an update. One evening there was lots of toilet paper strewn across the floor and toilets! Lots of young teenage girls hanging around the toilets with younger children! Where were the parents? We also decided to pay for wi fi. And were assured it worked in the back field! It doesn't! We had maybe 5 minutes in 4 days!
The staff are very helpful and it is a lovely site, just some of the customers that do sadly make it noisy and dirty! Lots of rubbish just dumped anywhere by the bins! The club house has a musty smell and is in need of updating! There are no shop facilities for provisions so you need to be well organised. The,
Local village of Snettisham is beautiful and has a great pub, The rose and crown. Hunstanton and Heacham just up the road too. We would go back again but not in August!

Stayed here for 4 nights, was disappointed, looked very run down, the pitch we were allocated was water logged, but no fault of the sites. But so glad it was as we had a better pitch, very basic shower/toilet porta cabin. Was kept clean.
The bar was again very basic and smelt very damp, we asked for the outside heater to be put on as we could not take our dog inside, and it had run out of gas, we went back 2 evenings later and still no gas replaced, Hence a dog friendly site, but not allowed in the bar, no food as such was available, tapas was about it.
Around the pitch near to the shower block was a pile of rubbish, bricks, old wood, which was unsightly.
Grass was kept well cut, had lighting near to pitch.
Nearby was a nice beach, chip shop was reasonable and kept clean. Sorry would not go back.

We booked 2 pitch's with hook-up for a week sat till sat
We got a warm welcome from the staff and was directed to the rally field
The pitch size's was very large and marked out
Each hookup point had a light that came on at dusk till dawn witch was handy before bed time but with us been a tent it made the tent bright when it was time to go to sleep so we put a crisp box over just before bed witch no one seemed to mine as others were doing the same
The toilet block was clean and tidy with plenty of paper and hot showers (although we were advised they was freezing in the morning ) so we only showered in the evenings
We did go for a game of bingo on 1 night and was shocked at the price ! £10 for club bingo seems allot the prizes was £6 for a line £20 A house
And jackpot for last game was £130 and we won 1 house between us so was not 2 bad
All in all after a enjoyable week here we did most things within travelling distance from the site
On that note if we had things to do in this part of the world we would return but only if we had things to do and probably would't be a full week just a few days

This a very quite friendly site, the showers are fine, the pitches on the rally field are nice and big, we were on the back row but still not that far to the waste point, toilets/showers and water.
The bar was fairly priced with a pool table there was entertainment on the three nights we stopped
There is also a pleasant play park
Its only a short drive to Hunstanton so this site is perfectly located
£60 for 3 nights on a bank holiday weekend including electric its fantastic value for money
All in all its a fantastic park that we will visiting for years to come

Been a frequent visitor to this site over the years. Will be going again in August for our second visit this year. You are always guaranteed a warm welcome. It is ideally situated close to Hunstanton and Sandringham or if you want to go further round the coast, there is lovely Wells Next The Sea. The site itself is well kept, clean and tidy. The toilet blocks are well maintained although some are a little dated but fully functional with plenty of hot water/showers. There is a bar on site and three more within 5 minutes walk of the site. You will not go thirsty and the Beach Bar serves meals which are good value for money. There is also a chip shop within 5 minutes walk and they do great fish and chips. The site is security conscious with a barrier system in place. You will be asked for a deposit of £10. 00 for the key fob to gain access, this is returned on departure. This site ticks all the boxes for our camping needs and more.

We arrived in lovely weather and were impressed with the reception and surrounding area. We got a warm welcome from the person on duty.
As we progressed onto the site we thought the clubhouse buildings looked a bit 'tired' and that the static caravan pitches were very close together. There were some other dilapidated buildings next to the clubhouse, which are also quite unattractive. There was a fob operated security barrier onto the touring pitches, which was good.
The touring caravan pitches are on grass and ours was very spacious, probably the most space we've had on this sort of site. The pitch itself was quite uneven though, clearly the grass had been churned up by large units and vehicles and then left to grow over. This made positioning the caravan a bit more challenging in finding a flat part for the awning. Even then we had peaks and troughs inside the awning, which we slid down and tripped over. I would suggest that upgrading to hardstanding for tourers would make it easier for them to get on and off and, be easier for groundstaff to maintain.
There were what seemed like hundreds of 'static' touring caravans on site, many of which looked somewhat 'bedraggled'. Unfortunately, this doesn't help the overall appearance of the site.
The toilet and shower blocks were a tad on the 'tired' side too but, that said, they functioned and were cleaned regularly. The showers were free running and had adjustable heat. I hate fixed heat push button ones, especially when you have children to shower. I would suggest adding a disinfectant bucket and mop to each block. I hate stepping into someone else's mess in the shower and I'm happy to mop it after I've used it. This is a standard at most sites nowadays.
There is a children's playground.
We went at a quiet time of year and so on the weekdays the site was peaceful and there were no queues for the showers. It busied up a bit at the weekend, when the only issue was some halfwit (adult) on a quad type thing revving around the camp till 9pm. Have to say that the rules do state that this is not allowed!
We used the club house just a couple of times. It's reasonably priced and has one real ale available. There was live music on the Saturday which was OK. I noticed that a calor gas heater (not switched on) and large gas bottle left in the middle of the dance floor all night with folks dancing round it and despite there being two young bar staff on duty, neither thought to move it or get it moved. There is a burger van parked outside the club but I never saw it open, probably not enough people on site at this time of year. One of the 'more mature' female barstaff was very helpful to us one afternoon advising us where to visit etc. However, I confess, we used the pub on another camp further up the road a bit more as it was a bit nicer, had a few more folk in and had a juke box for entertainment. It also serves food at certain times of the day, we didn't try this.
The campsite is down a lovely country lane with really nice walks down to Snettisham beach with its RSPB site. The wildlife was a pleasure to observe, with rabbits and wild birds even visiting the site.
There are no shops local to the site and the nearest for provision supplies is Tesco at Hunstanton, 10 minutes drive away. There are other chain stores and supermarkets in Kings Lynn. There is a fish and chip shop further up the road from the site but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that. I would suggest bringing enough supplies to get through your first night/day at least.
So overall, this site is a little below the standard we would normally expect for the price. The staff were polite and helpful. The surrounding area is rural and beautiful. We would only visit again if the pitches were upgraded to hardstanding as I would be concerned about the state of the grass pitches for large tourers in bad weather.
