We stayed on the rally field for 4 nights over Easter, the field was very, very wet in fact over your shoes wet. We were very close to neighbouring vans the van at the back of us we could touch from our van about 6 feet away. The electricity went off on two nights and our friends who got there on the Thursday also had a power cut on that night.
The site has many tourers that are seasonal pitches but looking at many of the awnings they had not moved for a long period of time many awning were falling down, also lots of vans that are old and look as though they have been there years this gives the site a very run down appearance.
The showers were not very warm and took ages to get warm water through in the end we used the van shower. We did not use the clubhouse so cannot comment.
Its not a site that I would return too the mud was just too much in the end it got everywhere the field just did not drain which was a pity as the weather was good but you could not sit out.
The area around the site eg Hunstanton, King's Lynn, Wells and more make this a good area for a short break.

Although the website isn't very good the reviews was, so booked for ourself & a friends family. When we arrived we were unfortunately put at the side of a tank that stunk of cabbage every 15 mins. This was disgusting particularly when it was warm. We were told the site was full, but there was plenty of empty pitches in our field.
There was no shower/ toilet block in our field we had to walk to another field to use one of the 4 showers, that had long queues for on busy weekends. The shower heads did not stay in the holder. So had to shower holding the shower head.
The club house had entertainment on, we only went 1 night, it was more satisfying sat by the tent were the kids can play. The kids said the play area was too young for them at 9 & 11 yrs
On checking out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay or anything. Seemed happy to talk our money & not bothered if we'd be returning. Of which I won't be. The area is lovely there is plenty of things to do around the area but I would be staying somewhere else.

What a great site
Visited this August bank holiday with anouther family in a tent. We were well greeted at avery plesent man at reception and given good directions to a very nice pitch on the touring field, we were able to pitch the tent on the next pitch which was wonderfull.
The play park was tidy and big enough
The toilets and showers were clean and tidy despite it being August bank holiday weekend and the site was full
The bar was friendly which is unusal with quite a few seasonal caravans being on site with quite a few regulars
The prices were cheaper than our local! which is very unusal.
There is also a very very good cafe and bar called the beachhut only 2 minutes walk down the road which I can only say serves the perfect breakfast, we visited this cafe and bar several times and I wish I had the Sunday dinner.
All in all a very enjoyable weekend we will be visiting again without a doubt.

Just got back from 4 nights on the Rally Field @ Diglea and we would return.
The Rally Field is not as basic as the descrition states, there are marked pitches, some electric, toilet and shower block, washing up room, Water and Waste Points and bins, in fact it is almost like its own little site.
The main site is just over the hedge and much busier with a large amount of seasonal pitches so the Rally Field feels much more spacious.
Toilets are clean and the showers are hot so all great there, great location for Kings Lynn and the North West of Norfolk. The beach is a short walk away and there is a park on site for the little ones.
I am not sure I would like to be on the main site as it felt a little crowded but we will go back to the rally field next time we are in the area.

Have just returned from here after a few days away at very short notice as the in laws regularly use this site and must say it is very clean and family friendly. We stayed in the rally field away from the park and clubhouse although they are only a short walk away. The toilets and shower blocks are very clean and plenty of them. Will be visiting again next year for a nice break with the kids

Hi, We were given choice of pitch in rear field, with shower block and toilets close by. The site was £21 a night for tent pitch no electric. The site staff were great, the site is busy and has burger trailer and good club house with entertainment till late.
Very good mixture of people. We were surprised to see scuffle between two young men that was quite violent on the Sunday morning at 10am. I carried on cooking my sausages but my wife was entertained. But this did not reflect the site professionalism as they were not aware. The site is great for family and adults to socialise. Big site and loads of amenities at hand. Hunstanton close by. The beech was a short walk and shops available. Pitches large and the site has all you need.
We run out of gas and decided to have bacon rolls and coffee from site cafe, great! cheap! and good. No rush to leave site.
No problems with dog and dog walk field available.
Spot on really! last minute and good value traditional site! no problems and left to keep to yourself or join in social club etc. Very good site.

Just got back from this site, where we had a great time. Really wished we could have stayed longer, but I had a commitment on Saturday so had to come back Friday.
The site is well laid out with plenty of shower/toilet blocks, which were well looked after. We found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful, and when we asked, they let us stay a couple of hours longer before checking out, as they had nobody booked on our pitch until the next day. The bar on-site was good, with friendly bar staff who made us very welcome. Most of the people in there seemed to be regulars, which I think says a lot!
Diglea is a short walk from a shingle beach, but there is a good sandy beach at nearby Hunstanton, just a short drive away. Fish and Chip shop, caravan accessory shop, and general grocery store 5 minutes walk away, on the way to the beach.

We visited the site for a two nights stop over whilst family visiting.
First impressions when we got there. Very pleasant site.
We were able to choose our own pitch(no ehu) so we pitched with lots of space each side and no one on the pitch in front so little one could play without annoying anyone and also we can watch were she goes.
There was a rally on also so we expected lots of noise. This didn't happen. Until the last night but no big deal it didn't go on late and little one slept through it. The only downside to the rally for me was. No body seemed to want to speak to 'us mere mortals'. We may have a tent but we are still fellow campers.
The site itself was very clean, well kept pitches, size wise for us at this trip was ok but if it was busy then we would have struggled to enjoy the trip because little one would have no were to run about really.
The toilets were very clean every time I went in, didn't use the showers as we went to family but they were clean also. A bit dated with the push button type taps don't like them at all. Only other criticism of the showers etc was there was no family shower or toilets. Not easy I wouldn't have thought to take a shower with a two year old hyper girl in a small cubicle.
The play area was, I would say for older children really and after hearing some of the language from the children playing in there and the rudeness towards other people wanting to go on the things I wouldn't have taken her in there.
I only met the owner when we checked in, didn't see her or hubby. Or for that matter any other person site related the whole time we were there. A friendly visit to check all was ok might have been nice but this did not in any way change my opinion of the site.
We will be returning again :)

Stayed here over the Bank Holiday.
Decent site, we were in a tent, no electric. There was a rally on at the same time but they were really well behaved, keeping the noise down.
Had 2 children in our party and did feel that the campsite got a bit full, meaning less space for playing, although I appreciate this is a busy time. There was a play area, which was OK, but nowhere near our tent so the children couldn't go and play independently.
There were adequate showers, toilets and wash-up facilities, never having to queue. All facilities were clean. The showers weren't exactly hot, and the temperature did fluctuate.
Well located for the local RSPB reserve and beach nearby.

Me and my family went there for 7 days and we loved it. We loved the fact that it was from a roadside café and they had excellent theme nights we especially liked the quiz night (as we came 2nd!)
The toilet block was very clean and the showers were very spacious. The staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
The only criticism was there wasn't enough bins and there was lots of cigarette butts outside the club other than that we had an amazing time and we are definitely going to go again!
