Lisa and I have just had the most amazing 4 days stay at this campsite. We had initially arranged to stay Friday, Saturday. After a windfall we decided to go on the Thursday. After a phone call at last minute the staff got us on site, with no problem.
The staff at this site are among the BEST that we have ever had on a site. The quiz night was excellent. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the site is extremely well run.
Definitely on our list of sites to revisit in the near future.

First impressions upon arrival were good.
A nice tidy reception area and a warm welcome. Everything explained nice and clearly.
The wardens are very friendly and helpful.
The pitch we were on was in the perfect location for us. Right opposite the playground and close to the facilities.
The playground was great for the kids, they loved it.
The toilet block and showers were fine, if a bit tatty. They serve their purpose fine, but could do with a bit of an upgrade.
The clubhouse is pretty much the same. They serve a good pint, at a decent price. But it could do with a lick of paint. There also seems to be a couple of abandoned buildings on site that could do with being pulled down.
Though that being said, its a good value pleasant holiday park, ideal for young families, with plenty of things to do and see in the area for little money or free.
The local beach is not ideal for a family day out though, as its a shingle beach, so no sandcastle building, the nearest beach for that would be Hunstanton. Head for the car park at the cliffs.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here from Friday night to Monday morning. Arrived at 8pm Friday night and were in a race against the clock to get the tent up before dark!
Nice large pitches, plenty of space for tent, windbreak, car and more.
We were very close to the toilet block which whilst being handy was a little hard to sleep because they had a fog light on all night, but if you're tired enough it doesn't matter.
Lots of kids running around the site unaccompanied so a very slow speed limit is recommended. Park area looked nice enough and was always well used.
Showers weren't anything special, a little on the flooded side in the females, but my other half said he had no problems in the male bathroom, so I suppose its just due to kids using them alone.
Washing up area was handy, with 3 separate sinks.
Owner and other staff very welcoming and friendly, also liked the code barrier meaning unwanted visitors couldn't get in.
Noise was a small factor for us, but it wasn't unbearable. Most people settled down by 11pm, and you didn't hear much noise until about 7am, which considering we were pitched next to two separate families with kids was very reasonable.
Hunstanton is only 10mins drive and has most things you would need.
All in all I would happily return to this site, prices good also especially considering it is the summer holidays.

Fantastic site run by very relaxed, friendly, accommodating staff. The toilets/showers were very clean and well serviced with lots of hot water. Electric hook up worked well and there was a chemical toilet disposal area. Didn't find anywhere to fill the van up with drinking water though so come prepared. The play park was aimed at young children but still occupied our group of children aged 7 to 11 years old. The outside food van was very welcome on day of arrival with good opening times and prices. The beach is an easy half a mile, prammable, walk away via the camping supplies shop and local shop. We walked 5 miles along the beach to Hunstanton which was made up of beach, sandy tracks and eventually the prom. We would definitely return to the site.

We booked Diglea as a last minute attempt due to other campsites being booked up. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the standard of the facilities and felt that the webpage was misleading. The beautiful log building shown as the frontpiece was not the club house as we had thought. Staff were welcoming enough and explained how to get to our pitch well.
The clubhouse was of massive disappointment as it was an old temporary structure and the food was served out of a roadside cafe. Needless to say we did not eat here.
The pitches were large and not too full. The standard of the facilities was poor. Intermittent showers although the water was warm. THe toilets were dirty and the floor in the shower room was flooded and dirty. Wet toilet tissue was across the floor and on one morning when going for a shower, I was greeted by a rather large dog in a shower cublicle! Not happy! It would be helpful if a mop of some kind could have been left and the signs made clear that dogs should not be allowed in the showers.
Both my boyfriend and I would not stay here again unfortunately and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Arrived on site late afternoon and reception had a good area to park up and book in. Site area is secured by a barrier (Key fob activated - £10 returnable deposit). Was given a map of site and instructions to get to the field. We passed through a couple of Touring areas around the Playground area and though what have we let ourselves on for!. The caravan and tents were on top of each other with several having Union Jack and England Flags flying. Kids running across the road areas and music playing loudly!
To our surprise we then passed through into what is known as the Rally Field. This was a large field well laid out and peaceful apart from a couple of dogs who just annoyed each other.
We pitched up and settled down. Enough for Caravan, Awing and Car side by side made it feel spacious. The toilet block is two porta cabins joined by decking, sounds rough but these were more than good enough. They were kept clean and the showers were very powerful. Although there was an Elsen Point there was nowhere to empty your grey water unless you can lift it 0. 5m into the Elsen Point.
Because the field was large we were able to fly a kite, play ball games and throw a frisbee without affecting anybody else. We did not use the Playground as it seemed to have 100 kids on it with a few more on bikes racing around it.
Entertainment was put on over the weekend and we decided to all go to the clubhouse to watch a guest singer. The clubhouse is a dated building but nicely decorated inside. We arrived early as our children (3&5) wanted to see the show and so secure a good seat. We sat right in front of the stage and soon the clubhouse filled. It was not packed but the table beside us seemed to be pushing us further and further across the room as more of their friends arrived. The group had some elements that had obviously been drinking earlier and felt it was ok to get a chair and sit directly in front of us, blocking our view and then begin to swear and criticize the singer. Without going into detail, we asked politely for them to move elsewhere and then a barrage of abuse came back which made us feel uncomfortable so we left at the interval.
The site is very close to the beach and easily walk-able. Fish and chip shop is about 100m away from the site towards the beach and there is a Caravan and Camping shop which sells most things for spares another 100m on.
Overall the site is very nice and we would return. Obviously the aforementioned event would not happen every night and not to everyone so do not be put off by this. It is just a shame some people cannot conduct themselves in a respectful and thoughtful manner.

Clean site, toilets and shower were very clean.
Very quiet this time of year, only few people about. Enjoyable walk to beach although had to walk on road for a little as no proper path. Close to the bird reserve.
Bar on site was shut the whole time. I thought it would have been open for the Easter Holidays (perhaps this needs to be mentioned on their website). So went to a nearby village for supplies.
Had to pay extra for internet, very expensive £5 for 24 hours.
I imagine in summer when the other nearby bars are open it would be a fun area however the site has strict rules on noise! If your going to be noisy maybe not the place to visit.
Site facilities I have given 5/10 only because they were not open.
Probably wouldn't use again

Visited the weekend after Easter bank holiday and the place was very quiet. Wi-fi at £5 a night was a bit steep and not fast enough to stream any TV, and the clubhouse was shut both nights. Only a trickle of water present in the gents showers but the ladies was ok, although smelled of cigarette smoke.
The stony beach is a short walk away and twitchers will appreciate the RSPB reserve nearby.
Just 'ok' in my book, although it might be better in the summer when the clubhouse is open.

A site full of permanent tourers with blue pallets everywhere to use as awning bases. Toilets are not the cleanest, full of cobwebs. Pitches not very flat. Very few lights at night. Club house when it was open had a bad damp smell. We had 10 nights but tried to find another site after two, unfortunately it was a bank holiday week so everywhere was booked. Not a cheap site either, and don't bother with wifi, if your not sat on office step it's very weak,

We have just returned from another weekend away and choose Diglea again as its a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Hunstanton.
We arrived nice and early on Friday and found a couple of nice pitches for our group.
The site was almost empty but soon started to fill up.
The toilets received regular cleaning but due to several messy campers the efforts of the staff was not visible for long.
We were some of the last people to pack away on Sunday night, taking advantage of the weather.
The site was generally clean, however in the Rally Field they need to do some litter picking, again most campers using the bins, but one corner was full of litter that had blown across the site.
Generally a nice coastal location within easy reach of Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, will be returning again for a stay next year.
The staff were very quick to spot some campers with fireworks and shot straight over to the pitch to tell them not to let the children play with them, and to be careful, warning if they let them off on the site, they would be removed immediately.
