We stayed for just the one night as we had traveled to see friends of ours play a gig at the site.
The staff at the site were very helpful both on the phone beforehand and at the site upon our arrival.
The Safari Tent was lovely. A really comfortable and well equipped "glamping tent" with solid wooden floors, a real kitchen and bathroom and lovely comfortable beds.
It was in a nice quiet corner and felt quite private. They laid on a bottle of proseco, a fresh loaf and butter biscuits and tea/coffee/milk and a bowl of fruit.
All in all we had a lovely stay if too short but we can't blame Diglea for that :-).

We visited in our motor home. We wanted a quiet site near RSPB reserve and the beach. A 10 minute walk took us to both. Touring fields were at the back of the site. Drove by lots of static caravans all well looked after. A couple of good play areas for children.
Lovely quiet site with birds and rabbits in abundance. Very friendly people in reception couldn’t have been more helpful. The toilet block in our field was out of action but there were only a few tourers in our field and there was another in the next field. Can’t comment on them as we did not use them.
There is a car boot sale each Saturday. We met some lovely friendly people there. Bar open each day. Burger van nearby seemed to be open all day and evening. Bingo Friday night and a band on Saturday but we didn’t go to any, just sat and watched the birds, bunnies and sun set.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly be back.

Friendly well run site near the sea and dog friendly beaches. Dog friendly bar on site. Great dog walk area.
Lovely admin people on reception always happy to, help. Adequate facilities which will be even better once the new block is finished and a ladies shower and toilet area is finished. Men’s done!
Would like to see more environmentally friendly waste disposal facilities, otherwise fully recommend.

Have stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. Great service, site is always clean and tidy. This time we had a pitch near the main (and newly equipped) play area instead of in one of the other fields and really liked the spot.
My daughter was most impressed with the new play equipment. Toilets/showers were clean. One of the blocks has been totally refurbished which is great.
Another enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Lovely wildlife walks very close including RSPB snettisham round corner.

Lovely site close proximity to the beach, great for dogs. Only downside is the toilets really need updating.
We are returning again in August. Child friendly so taking the grandson.

Pitches are much too close and I doubt they meet fire regulations. Shower blocks are very tired, apart from one and need total refurbishment.
There seems to be no action when guests break all the rules; dogs off leads and late night noise.
Probably the worst standard of site we have stayed on in five years.

Good to get back caravaning and Diglea only 40 mins from home makes it a great place to stay.
We were so pleased to see the bar is now dog friendly, we mentioned this last year not being able to go in and having to use other bars at other sites which although I and friendly and nearby, it is nice to be accepted on your own site.
The kitchen van outside does food but it would be nice to also have some food in the bar but I suppose you can’t have everything g you want and have to compromise especially when a fantastic new shower and toilet block is nearly finished and it looks very upmarket so will be good to see when it’s in use.
This site is very friendly so if you want a nice venue near the Norfolk coast, near a bar, nearby a bar with food, fish n chips down the road, and a couple of miles to more great pubs.
Do visit the lavender centre, the gift shop is great, a huge cafe we have eaten in yet. And if it’s raining. Or not! The Granary coffee shop just over the man Rd from the site road will treat your dogs to biscuits and a water bowl and welcome your 4 legged friend. Plus lots of lovely crafts around the shop too.

Pitches are close to each other you can see into each others tents.
Shower blocks are very tired, dirty and didn't appear to be cleaned. There is one new toilet/shower block which was nice and we walked from our area to use that. Probably the worst standard of site we have stayed on ever purely down to the toilets and showers.
New play structure is nice but again rubbish left on the floor and not picked up. Massive muddy hole to get into the play area.
Positives were the location, beach and countryside.
Other negatives were there was No re-cycling. Lots of old permanent tourers an eyesore and fences broken.
In the 4 nights we stayed, there was also police on the site in the day and 3 nights we and our friends were woken by two visitors arguing, one asked for the other to be quiet (quite right) and the other guy was swearing very loudly something I do not want my children to hear or be aware of! The others were verbal alterations between parents late at night or on the middle of the night.
Cheap site. For obvious reasons.
Will not be visiting again!
