A gem of a find, loved it. Clean & hot showers & toilets. Quiet & slept like a log, great location, 15 min walk to town & castle, 10 minute walk to Sainsburys, M&S food, Coop.
9 minute drive to the coast.
Laid back, relaxed atmosphere run by Michelle who does a great job.
Clubhouse bar open Tues to Sun,
Loved the fact we were helping support the rugby club as well.

Excellent site with a lovely welcome, easy to get water hook up etc. Facilities are clean and plenty of hot water.
The walk to town is just right passed Barter Books for a wander and a great lunch. M and S and Sainsbury’s very near to stock up.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities.
Showers and toilets obviously made for large rugby players so nice & roomy.
Great location for walking into Alnwick for garden etc.
Easy to get bus to Alnmouth, Amble etc.
Not so sure about the big manhole opening for waste disposal?

A very good site, conveniently located and with plenty of space.
Facilities clean and easy to access.
Overall, it is a site I will use again as it is a good base for exploring the Northumberland coast.

Great location within easy reach of town centre, castle etc.
Large open aspect with plenty of pitch space.
Shower and toilet facilities were immaculately clean and fresh water and disposal area easily accessible.
Great value for money and we will definitely return here. Linda and Vincent

Great site, especially as a short stop off. Immaculate facilities.
All the usual facilities, fresh water, waste point.
Good clean showers & toilets.
M&S food and a Sainsbury's just down the road, in walking distance.

Myself and my 30 year old daughter stayed overnight at Alnwick Rugby club.
The toilet facilities were very clean and we felt very safe there.
The Bar areas looked very good and everyone was very helpful.
It was only 20 minutes to walk to town and Alnwick is very friendly.
We had a lovely day there and I will be staying there again.

Clean and tidy non electric pitch for us (there were some electric hook ups) by the side of the rugby pitches.
Very busy when we stayed at half term but loads of room, some noise from a big rally further up the field, but we were asleep quickly!
Nice enough toilets.
Not much else, but a great transit location for Lindisfarne and Bamburgh the next day for us! 2 minutes from the A1.

Very handy for walking into town centre, excellent shower rooms (well it's a rugby club), friendly fellow campers.
One disappointment - bar only open 4 nights a week - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
