Comfy site, great communication.
All facilities worked fine for us.
Friendly welcome.
Club house open for a drink both evenings.
Would use again when in the area. 15 mins walk to Alnwick castle and town.

Excellent campsite. What a genius idea for a sports club to rent out some space and make their facilities available to campers and bring in a little extra revenue to the club.
We spent a super two nights exploring the local area and sleeping soundly on a lovely sheltered spot by the trees. Brilliant!
Ooh, and having the on-site club house for a couple of pints helped too.
Hope to be back.

It’s handy for the town and there are handy shops/
In female bathroom there are two toilets, 2 sinks and 4 showers. There is scope for low costs improvements. There is a communal changing area but no privacy as nowhere to put a towel or dressing gown in the shower cubical. The only place to put shower gel/shampoo in on the floor.
There is one outside sink for washing dishes but the plug didn’t fit!
We didn’t see any management on site and there don’t seem to be any rules. Music went on from one pitch until after 11pm.

Great site, fully booked at time of our visit, we had a EHU pitch which had plenty of room for the drive away awning we have.
Toilets and showers are open 24 hours and are kept immaculate, bar open most nights with great staff.
Site located not far from the A1 and close enough to walk into Alnwick town and the castle & gardens.
There’s a small play park for little under too.
You won’t get better for the price. 👍🏼

This is a great initiative and was easy to book online.
The club is well placed and we walked into the town from the site, there is also a M&S food store just up the road.
Great showers and a washing up area for campers. However the pitches were not marked or level and as a result people parked in groups instead of along the field edge.
Tools for the waste disposal do not fit properly making it difficult to manage.
We paid for two nights but left after one because there is little to do in Alnwick apart from the castle and that is too expensive.

Great campsite on the edge of Alnwick.
Great staff and everything you would need for a night or a few nights away.
About a 20 minute walk into the centre of Alnwick with some good pubs and places to eat.
Will definitely stay here again.
