Lovey campsite and biggest selling point is the fires every evening also flexible campsite. My 3rd stay.
Due to Covid no showers. Which was a shame. Also the shop is not stocked with much, used to be full!
I would still recommend but not quite 10/10 as it used to be!

Good base campsite for exploring local area.
Campsite has few different pitching areas.
First come basis.
Includes:
Tree lined meadow area (2x large, one flat, one slightly sloped).
Pond area (small).
Riverside area (1x side of meadow area). Woodland area ( small bit perfect for group booking if available).
All superb areas either way if available.
We chose the bottom meadow area which was perfect with dappled light through the trees on such hot days during our visit.
Sometimes the odd smell or flies from nearby treatment plant. But really didn't put us off. (Smelt like farmers fields) and only when wind is blowing certain directions.
Another separate field is available (no campers) for family games. We played rounders and football.
Will certainly visit again. Credit to the team on this busy (although didn't feel it) successful campsite.

We have stayed here 4 times now. We love the atmosphere the site has. New COVID19 rules have changed the feel slightly but that is no fault of the owners.
Can have an open fire and kids On site seemed to be happy playing on park and grass.
Open pitches give a relaxed atmosphere. Regular cleaning and sanitation of wc & pot wash area (Showers were closed)

We LOVED staying at this Campsite. It was clean, Beautiful views and respected the rules of Covid 19.
It had running water, glowsticks for the kids, firewood, and the small river was the perfect place for kids to swim in.
The sea and the forest is 20 minute drive away. The scenery is lovely and the people working there are warm, gentle, helpful and kind.
The grass gets cleaned regularly as not everyone respects nature.
We will definitely go back and enjoy more stories around the campfire. ⛺🏕🌞🌕

A beautiful site, very clean and Picturesque.
My only critique is that it is based right next to an RAF training base, so on our first night we didn’t get to sleep until the early hours, constant noise from chinooks and other aircraft.
The second night they seemed to stop slightly earlier on.
A good site for RAF enthusiasts!

We had a lovely time at Orchard Campsite, the kids loved the campfire and the stream - we even had a pizza delivered!
Some of the facilities are not currently in use which is a shame but we understand why and it didn’t make too much difference for our short stay.
We will be back!

Really friendly and helpful team.
Lovely peaceful site with areas of sun and shade across the area.
There is plenty of space for the children to play and explore.

Fantastic campsite! We had a lovely spot by the river and had a beautiful view. We saw so much nature, even a hedgehog!
The atmosphere of the site was very relaxed and friendly,
There were good facilities and it's a brilliant location to visit the coast.

Lovely place to camp. Great to get to places and the beach.
The lack of shower facilities was a small problem due to Covid.
Will return when it is fully open.

Father and son (14) had some great ‘boy’ time together.
Relaxed atmosphere, good pitches (we were down by river). Great walks around countryside.
Big Coop in WM, useful shop on site.
Clean toilets.
