Excellent facilities. Despite leaving my booking late this year, the staff made every effort to successfully accommodate us. I managed to flatten my car battery and Reception had someone to my pitch within 5 mins to rectify the problem. Good security on site, golf, fishing and a wonderful, safe beach in Holywell - who needs to go to Newquay in all the traffic? This site really does appeal to all types of campers, young and old, and is very good as a family site. My only advice is to book early, and get in the club in time for the entertainment! We will be back in the future.(this time with an electrical hook up!)

Having just returned from a week at Trevornik, I can say that the new swimming pool is very good, as is the Jacussi.
The site is very well laid out with plenty to keep the children occupied. The Fort play area was popular with the eldest as was the Kanga clubhouse.
The site has a family feel to it and may not be for someone looking for a quiet break away, although the ever present security keeps the masses of kids from being too unruly (and the caravan safe).
The camp shop stocks almost everything you should ever need and is reasonably priced.
This campsite is an ideal holiday destination for anyone with children and I can see myself booking a further week in the very near future.

HAD TO CANCEL
I've not yet been to Trevornick, but we had booked a super euro tent for one week at the end of July, and after some thinking we decided to invest in our own tent, so I contacted them and asked if they had any hook ups available but they are fully booked, so unfortunatly we had to cancel and have booked to stay at Treloy. However, my reason for writing this review is because, out of the blue I received an e-mail saying that they have refunded my deposit minus the £8 cancellation fee. THIS HAS GOT TO BE A FIRST, I don't know anybody who refunds deposits, we just thought that we had lost it. If they are this fare over cancellations, I cant wait to go there next year. NO WONDER THEY HAVE SUCH GOOD REVIEWS.

Hopefully Aug 2003
My husband has been in this country for 5 years and has never experienced the excitement of camping and the beauty of the British countryside and shorelines. Hope to rectofy this in August when we plan to travel around Cornwall.
