 Very spacious site with immaculate facilities.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on site.
Perfectly placed for beautiful Ainsdale beach

Came during the first weekend of opening in 2021.
Unfortunately the toilets and shower blocks were closed which was disappointing when showers could open.
The site is well laid out and we were shown to our pitch and instructed how to park the caravan up.
Site is lovely and clean with a little playground, however this is only really suitable for older children, there was nothing for my toddler to go on.

Friendly reception staff, we were shown to our pitch and were nicely instructed how to pitch.
A reasonably quiet site with a good dog exercising area, and just down the road some excellent paths in either direction up or down the coast.
An ideal area for cyclists also.
Due to COVID 19 we were unable to use the site facilities, hence the score, but if they followed the other areas supported by the staff I am sure they would have been scored highly too.
A pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the shower block was closed due to Covid 19.
The site has numerous touring pitches and a nice dog walk next to the airfield.
Nice site on the whole but would not return until facilities are open

We come to this site often it's a lovely friendly site. Nothing is too much trouble.
Facilities are brilliant, but unfortunately this visit they were closed so we used our own.

Excellent site well located for visits to Ainsdale and Southport. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Good size pitches. Nice country Pub within walking distance and only a fifteen minute walk into Ainsdale Village.
Showers and Toilets not available due to Covid

There was nothing to dislike about this campsite
It was very clean. the grounds men were working around the clock, they were very friendly
A nice walk to the beach and a forest trail walk
Would highly recommend this site

Great place. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
Close to beach. Handy for local shops.
Give it a try and see for yourself. The low rate for child friendliness is because we had no kids.

Nice get away as easing of Covid-19 measures on first weekend in July.
Toilet block not operating or the children’s park but the site, same as previous visit, is very well kept. Nice pitch, did not notice the road noise and no flights until late morning from RAF Woodvale until Monday - would have been drowned out by the wind anyway!
Good location for seaside towns with a car—we visited Crosby, Formby and Southport.
The Sparrow Hawk a few minutes away was brilliant for lunch, not the cheapest but good quality food.
