We stayed here for 7 nights. the Warden was extremely helpful and always on hand to sort out any small niggles we raised with him. Even though the temperatures were nearly zero, we found all the facilities to be in top order, and nice and warm. Considering that you also get free use of the facilities at Shorefield Holiday park only 5 mins in the car (2. 5 miles)this site represents great value for money as we used the pool and spa on 3 occasions for our stay. The only issue I have with this site is getting the unit onto the main road when leaving, and the numerous pot holes around the New Forest (which isn't the park owners fault). I will definitely be booking a return visit to this very nice, warm and welcoming site.

Just returned from our one night stay at this great small campsite. A very friendly welcome, with information readily given on facilities and what was on offer in the local area. Toilet and shower block was very clean, a tricky feat given the very wet weather conditions and the water was nice and hot. Nice small playground for children to play in, and games room available for older kids. We used the complimentary pool and sauna at the sister Shorefield site, 5 minutes drive away, which was a god send given the heavy rain conditions. Grassy areas on site were generally very wet, but not unexpected given the heavy rainfall this week, our hardstanding pitch was very welcome. Well placed site for exploring the New Forest or the local coastline.
All in all a very pleasant spacious and clean site, would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the site was lovely and quiet due to it being the first week in October and looked very pretty with the trees turning their autumn colours.
Unfortunately there had been a lot of rain and although our pitch was hard standing, this was just wide enough to get the van wheels on meaning that when we stepped out of the van, we were walking in very wet mud which was a shame.
The showers etc were lovely & clean and the heating was on so very warm when you got out the shower, which were also piping hot. We would definitely recommend The Smugglers Inn in the village, great choice of local ales and excellent food - doggy friendly too which is a must for us. Would definitely return to this site.

Just spent eight nights at Lytton Lawn with our tourer on a standard pitch and it was great.
As a site its nice and quiet with no club house but you can use the facilities and pool of the nearby Shorefield Park 2.5 miles away, which we did one day when we went swimming in the afternoon and then went to the club on the night and had dinner and a few beers. That was also pretty good without being as big and wallet emptying like a typical Haven site.
As for Lytton Lawn its location is great being just a mile form the nice quiet seaside town of Milford On Sea, but you've got the New Forest, Lymington for the Isle of White, Beaulieu, Bournemouth etc right on your doorstep.
Toilets where clean, everyone adhered to the site rules and at 11pm it was quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be a really peaceful clean tidy site. Was lovely to have a proper washing up room.
We have to admit to being a little bit noisy on our last night - a bit of giggling n joking n shhh ing. But not noisy enough to wake our neighbour who was snoring like an elephant.
The showers and toilets are spotless and the little shop is very useful.
We drove to the beach at Hurst Spit, and after the 1st time didn`t leave our car in the carpark and walk the footpath. We just drove down and there is free parking close to the beach and icecream van.
We picked a glorious week to be away. So after a really hot day on the beach it was lovely to be able to use the facilities at the 5 minute drive away shorefields park. The kids loved it and wish they did tents there too. The indoor pool was wonderful.
We also went there in the evenings when the kids enjoyed the amusements and the entertainment was really good one night.

Just back from a glorious 4 night stay, and can't say enough good words about the site and staff.
The site is great - just the right size (i. E. Not too big and not too small). We were lucky enough to change our pitch to one along the stream that offered some shade.
Shop/toilets/washing area were good (well stocked/clean). Kids used the playground - but it's only small (suitable for younger children).
We know the area well as my parents have a static caravan locally. Lymington and Milford are very close, as are New Milton, Highcliffe and Christchurch.
Beaches as Milford are stony/pebbles, further along towards Highcliffe they become sandy.
Only negative was the our neighbour's behaviour on our last night - but what can you do!

Stayed here for 5 nights during the Easter school holidays.
The site was well laid out with easy access to good sized pitches. We had originally booked a grass pitch but due to it being very wet on our arrival, we upgraded to hard-standing with no problem, and were given a choice of 3 pitches.
The toilet blocks were very clean and well maintained. They were also well heated. Never had to queue for a shower. There did seem to be a lot of toilets but no privacy cubicles.
There was a small play area, suitable for older children mainly, and a ball field which was situated away from pitches, as well as a games room. There was also a dog exercise area.
Wardens were friendly and efficient, and one was particularly helpful in giving us directions to footpaths in the area. We were then able to walk to Milford mainly without using the busy main road. There were other, longer walks that we could have done but we didn't have the time.
It was quiet after 11 but could be very noisy right up until that time depending on your neighbours!
We used the pool at Shorefield but weren't that impressed by it. It was a nice enough pool but far too small for the size of the Shorefield site. We didn't use any of the other facilities there.
We walked to Milford which is small seaside village. Great chippy, but check the opening hours. The beach is about 1/2 mile from the village centre and is pebbles.
The site is well placed for visiting many of the New Forest attractions, as well as day trips to the Isle of wight (ferries from Lymington).
All in all we had a very relaxing stay here. However, if we visit the New Forest again, we'll probably choose a site right in the Forest itself.

Spent a wonderful long weekend at lytton lawn. Couldn't fault it really.
Toilets spotlessly clean and warm (both mens and womens to the same standard which was nice). Large shower cubicles with separate area to keep your clothes dry and change in, including a little seat in a couple. This made showering my 2 1/2 year old so much easier! Also had radio playing which was a nice touch.
There are 2 blocks of toilets/showers (we didn't try the other one) which meant no queues. I hardly saw another soul in there and there was a rally going on at the same time so I was quite surprised.
We didn't try the playground but it did look a bit more suited to older children.
Pitch was a bit sloping which meant that we had a river running through the awning under our groundsheets - but not really a fault of the site just that our groundsheets are a bit rubbish and we had huge downpours at various points during the weekend.
Staff were very friendly. When we arrived the office was shut but there was clear indication of where we needed to go.
Washing up facility was really good too - indoors which was nice as well as being clean.
All in all a great site that we would happily return to. Surrounding area is lovely too. Well worth a visit.

This site is very handy for us. We live on the Isle of Wight and it makes for a good stopover at the start or end of a holiday and to visit relatives nearby.
Its easy to find and access is good. The wardens are very friendly and helpful as are other campers - a sign of contented clients!
We have visited twice out of season and each time we were given a hardstanding fully serviced pitch which was level and very spacious. The facilities are well looked after. The shower cubicles are a bit small though and some seating could be provided for the 'not quite so agile' who don't yet have a Radar key.
The site is very close to the pretty coast around Keyhaven with excellent walks/cycling and good birdwatching. It is also close to the New Forest, bustling Lymington and handy for several bus services.

We chose this site for our first night away in our new (to us!) campervan as we wanted a nice flat pitch and electric hookup (note - some of the pitches are gently sloping) and something close to Milford on Sea so we could go to one of our favourite fish & chip places (small brick building in a car park along the front!).
It's fantastic value for money during off peak times! We paid 13. 50 for 2 adults, dog and electric hook up for the night. The toilet/shower block was really good, clean and (as other's have said) lovely and warm! Washing up facilities are inside and very good.
The staff were very friendly. The shop looked good (although opening times are limited in low season).
There is a small 'dog exercise field' with a poo bin which was convenient for us (first time camping with our dog).
