What a lovely site. We were welcomed by friendly hosts and introduced to the amenities and our pitch.
Great walks for the dogs and the site was peaceful and quiet.
We will definitely be going back there in the new year.
Thank you for a lovely stay

Arrived Saturday 31st August 2024 Really friendly welcome taken to our site with plenty of room right next to lake.
The park is kept well and very tidy warden is often around making sure we were okay but not intrusive he was great with information about the park and local area.
Fishing was ok saw some really big carp caught although not me, had some smaller fish though.
Just across the road from the sit entrance is a large garden centre including a supermarket with all you need plus St Ives and Huntingdon very near.
It was our first time here but we will come again we had a wonderful time really friendly site.

Spent a weekend with friends at Wyton Lakes.
Very nice site with friendly staff.
Plus, the ice cream van visits - what more could you want!?
Nice walks in the surrounding area.

Wardens very friendly and keep a very clean site.
Only suggestion is regarding the fishing. Upon arrival in the afternoon perhaps offer a half day ticket and offer perhaps the lake side pitches a chance to purchase a fishing ticket as part of the price.
Otherwise we'll worth a visit

Please note that this campsite is cash only. We didn’t know this, but fortunately had just enough with us to pay.
Lovely adults only site.
Opposite Dobbies Garden Centre which has a restaurant.
Fishing opportunities.
Pitch could have been a bit larger.
Showers and toilets were clean but shower head sprays were too far apart from each other over a large radius which made for a slightly odd shower experience.
Clean and tidy washing up/laundry room. Friendly site managers.

This is the 2nd time we have been to Wyton Lakes, an adults only site. We used this site as a stop off to Canterbury about half way there from Yorkshire.
We found the site quiet, we had a hard standing pitch, the site has a few lakes so is busy with fishermen. This time round there was a sewage smell on the site which could have come from the lakes or the river which runs to the back of the site.
There is a bus stop just outside along the road which is busy but we didn't hear it from our pitch, you might if you are nearer to the entry gates.
The bus stop had electronic info about when the bus was due, weather conditions etc which was great.
We went into St Ives one day, you get the bus back to the site from the back of the building where you get off & its a pitiful unloved area. There is no information at all for any of the bus's. There was no-one around to ask about times of bus's either, so ask the driver on the bus your getting off of what time bus's are back or check up before you go. We did not have wifi so we couldn't do that. The bus station was deserted, & depressing.

Very well kept site. Beautiful location on the River Great Ouse.
Didn't like the showers. Fixed head with impractical spray pattern. Need to press button every 5 seconds, but toilet/shower block kept clean.
Managers pleasant and approachable.
Would definitely return.

Lovely site. Very peaceful. Beautiful surroundings.
Would definitely stay again.
Shower block very clean. 😃
Downside - Having to repeatedly press shower button at least once every minute. 😦

This is a great site in a superb location.
The shower/toilet block is excellent and spotlessly clean.
We had a lot of rain whilst we were there and some water did enter the awning from the grass next to the pitch. Our towing van got bogged down on the grass but the site owner soon pulled us out.
Beautiful walks around the lakes and along the river which our dog loved. Lots of water fowl around too.
Mark and Sarah, the site wardens are lovely, hard working and deserve a mention.
We only had 3 nights here and would love to return for a longer stay.
We caught the Park n Ride into Cambridge and had a great day there, as we are pensioners we used our bus passes and paid nothing for the ride.
