Just come back from here stayed in wigwam really good, different. Owners are very friendly and the toilets are very good and clean. The place is a little haven away from any stress. Not very far from to Filey it took us about 15 minutes about 6 miles away. The campsite is in a valley where there are lovely views 360 degrees around you .

This was our first camping experience. We went here because it looked small and quiet. We had two nights here. On the first day I managed to drain the battery of the car, we asked the owners for help and he came down with jump leads and his car. The showers were fab, really clean, the shop was basic but we didn't need anything. I did buy some home made scones for our supper which were delicious. The weekend was great, the site great, will definitely be going back.

A lovely peaceful site with clean, well maintained facilities. Owners friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Small shop on site selling essentials. A ten minute drive to the nearest supermarket. A Chinese takeaway delivers to the site! Will definitely be revisiting next year.

This campsite is perfect for families with children. Our kids loved the pond, the ducks, the birds, the snails, the dogs, the pigs and the space to run around. The showers are fantastic and although we didn't use one, the free electric hook-ups on each pitch are a great facility. Julia is welcoming and friendly and keeps the place quiet and clean. The sky is big, the valley sheltered, the sea near and we will definitely be back.

What a beautiful little campsite. I almost don't want to review it in case it gets too busy! Just had two nights there but will certainly return. Just two loos and one shower at the moment (two more showers being fitted). Lovely and clean. Washer and dryer in shower block with 'honesty box'. Tiny shop/reception sells breakfast packs of farm produced sausage etc. Pond with ducks and geese - pigs to feed - wonderful for children. There are two wooden wigwams at the bottom of the camping field which look fabulous. They just have wooden benches with mattresses on top and a small kitchen area with microwave etc. Outside area with gas barbecue - brilliant for anyone who doesn't want the hassle of putting up a tent. Might give these a go in winter! Situated in the most stunning countryside yet within a few minutes drive of the great British seaside, brilliant. Owners very friendly and helpful, If you want a quiet rural retreat then this is the place.

This site is fantastic, the owners are extremly welcoming, even the two little dogs greet you with a wagging tail and happy bark.
The toilets are spotless, the best ive seen, you may have problems when the site is busy as there is only one shower and two toliets.

Just got back after a week at this site and what can I say we had a great time. We had plenty of space to put our large awning on our Trailer. The toilets & showers where cleaned every day and spacious. They have a Duck pond which was nice and my Daughter liked to feed them. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We will Definately visit again soon. The only downside was driving up the big hill which was 20% high to find the site. Thanks for a great time.

This is the second time I have visited this campsite and it will most certainly will not be my last. The camp is very very clean, tidy and friendly. It is total peace and quiet. The toilets are spotless and the shower ideal especially with children in mind. Although I think maybe another shower is needed as there is only one for the whole site and there was a queue to use it most mornings. The only other down side I can think of is that the hill up towards the site is quite a big on and my old motor home did take its time getting to the top, but its well worth it once you get there - great value for money. I would most defiantly recommend

I feel as if I'm giving away a secret here. Humble Bee is a working farm situated in a hidden valley high up on the Wolds above Scarborough, fifteen minutes drive away from the coast at Filey. A five minute drive down a very big hill to the village at Flixton. There's 18 pitches in two well maintained enclosed fields with discrete lighting at night. The facilities were bright, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The two loos, and one shower were adequate for the people on the site, which wasn't full, despite everywhere else we tried in the Scarborough area being fully booked. The toilet block had disabled access, as did one of the toilets, but the shower was an ordinary domestic cubicle with a high step in an no hand rails. There was a brand new washing machine and tumble drier. Lashings of free hot water. Friendly owners. Parents ought to be aware that there was an open duck pond on the site, but this is set apart from the pitches. Moans: there was no fire fighting equipment in evidence and we would have liked to have seen recycling facilities. Overall, a quiet, simple, well maintained site we would happily stay at again. Highly recommended.
