Spotless facilities, plenty of fresh water taps and rubbish bins around the site.
No hard standing pitches but the grass was mostly flat.
A short walk over the bridge and there were plenty of pubs and shops.
A little traffic noise especially from cars with loud music but after dark there was silence.
Looking forward to returning soon.

I booked this site as a surprise for friends coming to stay in their motorhome.
They said how nice and friendly all the staff were.
It was clean and they had everything that they needed.
Of all the sites they have visited they told me this was the best by far

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent location, facilities and local knowledge that staff had was excellent and really helpful.
Only downfall we had was 1 large party being very loud and playing music til early hours which was not the sites fault but just disrespectful of the group involved.
We will def return

Very pleasant site surrounded by fields but within easy walking distance to the town good site for dogs.
Only real drawback was the fact that if the heating was on and you wanted to boil the kettle then the electricity would go off. In winter that is a big nuisance.

Lovely location with a short walk into Wallingford, which has plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
Also nice short walks along the river and the remnants of a castle or longer walks up the Chilterns directly from the campsite.
Owner very helpful, lovely underfloor heating in the facilities, good indoor washing up area.
Reasonably quiet, some distant noise from the relatively quiet road.

A superb location and a very nice site too. We had booked for a few days to meet up with another couple.
The owner was very accommodating and guided us to adjacent pitches upon arrival, then took time to explain all the facilities, which were very good.
The site is a mixture of tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans, all grass pitches with EHU. We would have preferred a drive over grey waste, but otherwise everything was spot-on.
Sitting alongside the Thames Path and the old bridge into Wallingford we couldn't have been in a better place to explore the area.
We had a morning cycling around some gorgeous local villages on the edge of the Chilterns and several shorter walks along the river.
There is local boat and canoe hire if you want to get on the water, or plenty of places to launch your own kayak.
Situated only about 200m from the nearest pub alongside the Thames, there are plenty more pubs and restaurants within strolling distance. Shops, a supermarket and a tourist office are also easy to walk to.
This site was a great find, we will be back.

A lovely well kept site, good size pitches,
Lovely modern toilet/ shower block kept spotlessly clean,
A 5 mins walk over the bridge into Wallingford, bus top 3 mins walk which will take you to Oxford or Reading
Friendly helpful staff, small shop on site but it only seems to sell ice creams.

Absolutely fantastic weekend camping. We booked ahead, although the exact number of campers and cars was unknown.
Greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff, guided to our allotted pitch, which was equipped with an electric hook-up and huge space to erect our tent and park cars.
Facilities were superb, washrooms very clean and well equipped, shop on site, the town within easy walking distance.
We settled our account and thanked the staff for all their efforts to give us a relaxing worry-free break.
I will be recommending this site to all my friends as 5 star.
