A great location. A ten minute walk into Wallingford for pubs, shops, boat hire on the Thames and eateries.
Only five minutes walk to the open air splash pool and swimming pool.
The staff couldn't be more helpful: happy to change the allocated pitch; escorted us to the pitch and to the facilities and more than happy to accommodate visitors and an extra car.
Peaceful at night.
We'd definitely recommend.

Lovely location. Riverside walks 5mins. Shops, pubs, restaurants 10mins.
Friendly helpful welcome. Facilities no problems.
Most pitches flat or nearly so. We were unlucky with our allocated pitch.
Our little Freedom Jetstream has to be pitched the 'wrong' way round and we could not lower the jockey wheel far enough. No problem about an alternative.
Recommend Thai Corner and Avanti to eat.

Very good site well located for Wallingford and close to River Thames.
Facilities are very clean and modern.
Very little contact with staff or owners so cannot score customer service very high.
Did not locate a Motorhome service point.
However we liked the site and would recommend it and look forward to returning.

Fantastic site. Booking was very efficient. Greeted on arrival and given a choice of pitches. The weather was warm and the bins were emptied regularly.
The washrooms were very clean and there was a tag system to ensure a maximum of four people at any time.
Kids got ice creams in the site shop. We will definitely be going back.
Fantastic playground across the road in the recreation ground. Lovely shops in the town and we got cakes at the Saturday market.
We found the site very quiet, there was a little road noise but this was not disturbing and it was such a short walk to the shops, playground and paths along the river.
We did not drive anywhere over the three days we were there.

We found the campsite very lovely, it was a great size to pitch up with excellent shower and toilet facilities.
The campsite had a friendly vibe throughout our visit and was located perfectly by the river, pubs and restaurants.
We found our stay peaceful and would definitely come again.

A functional and practical site. £25 pn. Incl electric. All grass pitches. Impeccable facilities. Good free wifi.
Short walk into town where there are a number of pubs and shops. We ate at "Shellfish Cow" -really excellent. The town is very well placed for buses to Reading, Henley and Oxford. There are boats for hire on the river Thames.
There is a delightful river walk to the local weir and lock. Our only (minor) gripe was the occasional noise from the helicopters at Benson airbase.
Overall though a really excellent stay which we recommend highly.

Excellent site. Really well positioned.
Facilities were spotlessly clean and well organised to comply with Covid restrictions.
Plenty of nearby walks, eateries/pubs and shops.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, with the river, walks & town so very close to the site, it’s a great location.
Lovely places to have a drink or meal.
Facilities closed so can’t rate, but was informed by others, they are first rate.
So lovely, I’ve booked another couple of visits this year!

Lovely campsite run by a lovely, friendly and helpful couple.
Toilets and showers were immaculate
Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Only thing I would suggest is a bit more lighting around the campsite.
