Lovely site, toilets spotlessly clean, spacious showers.

Grounds well kept.

My only disappointment was that all units very close to each other it has been awarded a David Bellamy award and signs saying units have to be 3 metres apart and they are definitely not.

Too large for us and ended up next to a noisy family group who let their yappy dogs bark constantly from 6. 30am.

Long walk to toilet block.

Facilities were clean and plentiful showers etc ( 50 pence per shower) site on top of a beautiful Moor overlooking lovely countryside, which cant be seen from many pitches.

Clubhouse well run and food was good and well priced.

Too large for me and too many groups. We were on a pitch with someone in a tent and felt too on top of each other.

Too big and noisy for us, lots of families who didn't seem to leave the site, kids charging around on scooters etc.

Will not be returning

This site deserves a great review. The customer service when booking was excellent and the site itself was lovely.

All facilities were immaculate and the on-site bar and restaurant was wonderful. Well stocked and excellent food. The staff were welcoming and we had a lovely weekend.

The only niggle was the toilet fobs for gaining access. Only one per tent and if you forgot it you had to trek back. Site was locked by a barrier to prevent others coming on so I’m not really sure why the toilets had to be locked

Jubilee long weekend at Upwood Park staying 3 nights.

Allocated a grass pitch which was really uneven, I’m an newbie to Caravanning this year and didn’t have any levelling blocks(these are needed for this site).

With my caravan and awning the couple next to us had a large tent and was cramped.

Saying that it was jubilee weekend.

A nice medium sized site with a lot of seasonal pitches and residential pitches.

Quite difficult place to get to with the steep hills around the area, but spectacular views to make up for it.

Lovely friendly staff, a club house with nightly entertainment and a small games round.

The clubhouse serves American portioned food, absolutely massive portions(one of the staff even said man v’s food)

Toilets spotlessly clean and shower’s are 50p, the water in my opinion didn’t last long enough(roughly 5 minutes).

Toilets also use a key fob system which is £10(returnable despot)

Plenty of dustbins around the toilet block and dog waste bins, to keep the site really clean and well maintained.

A small park suitable for small children with a small football pitch. (AstroTurf).

All in all a decent site, would I go again……maybe, but still looking for our perfect site.

Excellent place. Would recommend. Very clean and tidy.

Only two cons. 1. The shower requires 50p coins. You cannot regulate the temp or the flow. One coin for a fast shower, have two coins just in case.

2. They have a gate which requires a fob to get in/out. This place is on a small road out in the country. The gate is really a bit of a pain as you need to find the manager to return the fob.

Large site with statics, tourers, motor homes, camper vans and tents. Also camping pods. Bar on site. Views from the site are stunning. I can't comment on the local area as I stayed for one night before a business meeting in Keighley.

Clean facilities. The shower, although it cost 50p, was hot and the duration was more than adequate.

It was very quiet on the night I stayed (Sunday night in September). There were lots of touring units with awnings up, but all in complete darkness - presumably unoccupied during the week.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, I arrived after reception closed but the chap in the bar was happy to handle the paperwork. I didn't use the bar facilities, but they looked clean and well managed.

Various rules were very strongly outlined (in red) on signs in the toilets and on the site map. There is a big children's play area but I can't comment on any other child friendly facilities as I wasn't there long enough to see much of them.

I accidentally took the gate key fob with me when I left (£10 deposit paid). I returned the fob in the post. I honestly didn't expect to see the deposit again but they sent it back by return - top customer service.

Facilities are very good. A warm and informative welcome at reception. Site staff open and nice to talk to.

The site layout and how it's run are excellent and only a short walk into town

A wonderful three nights spent in an amazing location overlooking the views that really were to die for.

Felt safe, welcome and would book again.

Had a walk into Howarth which nearly killed me so got a taxi back £4 bargain!
