This site is a very well kept, very clean toilets and showers,
Great that you can get food on site and plenty room on the field for running and walking your dog,
The woodland walk is great with lots of birds and wild life to see.
Excellent site, very good facilities, easy walk to the village, or bus stops, for bamburgh Seahouses or Berwick, food also excellent from the take away vans pizza delicious.

Very good site with fully serviced super pitches, toilet and shower block very clean.
Licenced restaurant next door to site which serves good meals and take away meals.
Very close to the coast with Bamborough only 5 miles away.

The pod we had was fantastic. Clean and spacious. The facilities where above and beyond and extremely clean.
Excellent base for visiting many various landmarks in the county. Well worth the money. Within walking distance of the village.

First impressions of the site were very good the staff were super friendly on arrival and we booked a super pitch which I have to say was brilliant, the hookup was really close to the hard standing so grey water drainage was super easy which was great for a change.
Generally the site was very nicely laid out and very well maintained and super clean so 10/10 for that !
The site's very close to the coast literally 10 minutes from Bambourough castle so location is excellent.
We'll definitely be coming back in the future so book early if you want to stay here ! 👍👍👍

The site was lovely and there were no problems when we arrived after the park was closed. We were allowed to arrive late as we had prebooked that day.
Site is peaceful and we had a great night's sleep.
Would highly recommend this site to fellow travellers.

We had a hard standing Superpitch (No. 10) which was level and well maintained; water and electric on the pitch.
As you turn into the entrance you can feel that it is going to be well-kept and well-managed.
It is less than a mile from the A1 which gives a slight background noise at night when it is quiet.
Check-in was easy and the staff were most pleasant and helpful.
The toilet blocks are excellent and kept very clean. The washing up areas are at the end of the blocks with the chemical disposal around the back.
For recreation, there is a large field and woodland walks and a well kept play area for children. Adjacent to the play area is the 'Silly Filly' converted horsebox which, serves snacks and drinks.
Next to the campsite is Sunnyhills Farm Shop and restaurant which is reasonably priced and serves a good variety of food and drinks.
The village of Belford is less than a mile away and around a ten-minute walk. It has a Newsagents/Post Office, two pubs, a wine bar and a well-stocked Co-op.
The local area is awash with places to explore. Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Alnwick, Craster on the coast. Inland, is worth exploring Ford and Etal, Heatherslaw Mill and railway and the Maelmin Heritage Trail to name but a few.
At the time of writing this the 'Superpitch' cost was £30 a night but, we thought it was worth it for the facilities.
We have more to explore in Northumberland and South Meadows will be our chosen site to continue our adventures.

We have stayed before. Campsite all clean, tidy and well laid out.
Notice board does not identify location for Wastewater disposal behind the Showerblock. I used the showers and handbasin for shaving between 7. 00 and 7. 30 each morning. The water was consistently less than lukewarm. The showerheads all aim at the shower curtain so that the dry changing area is immediately soaked, the drain in the LH cubicle did not drain causing a river of water to run through the other cubicles. The tap tops and soap dispensers need maintenance. Even first thing in the morning the basin surrounds and floors do not meet the exacting standards shown outside or displayed on my previous visit

Large level fully serviced 16 amp hard standing pitches with plenty of grass to relax on. The facilities are second to none. Super clean, very new toilets and showers, both spacious.
The washing up area and chemical disposal ticked all the boxes. They even have two EV charging points.
This is a five star site very reasonably priced. Shop on site but currently limited due to Covid.
Next door Sunnyhill Farm shop serves good beer wine and meals. The entire area is stunning.
A trip to Lindisfarne is a must as is a two hour boat trip with Serenity Boats out of Seahouses to the Farne Islands bird nests. Thousands including Puffins.
Back next year for two weeks. Such a wonderful unspoilt, so much to see, area.
