Lovely site, we had a large grass pitch in our own tree surrounded area. New toilet/ shower block.
Great views of the yorkshire dales surrounding us, even though we were in the village of Cononley.
Railway Inn pub in walking distance, and on the opposite side of the the road was train station to Skipton which run approximately every 20 minuits.
Overall very good site and location.

Very nice site with generous space between units.
Shower block kept clean but needs updating. Duck boards need replacing with composite.
Close to Skipton for a nice walk round shop's, coffee shops, pubs and canal basin.
If you park in the pub opposite Aldi, on the main road in, you can walk into Skipton by the canal, 1 and half mile.

Spacious site, very family friendly with lots of space for children to play.
Plea to of space between pitches depending on which field your in.
There is a washing up area and a choice of toilets to use both of which are kept clean and tidy.
Lots of walk nearby including a great walk into Skipton along the canal.
If your a C&C member only cost £13 per night

We've stayed at Riverside a few times and always enjoyed it,
The site is very clean and tidy and Alison and her staff work hard to keep it that way,
It's very handy for skipton and the nth Yorkshire dales, the train station is a 10min walk away with trains every 15mins into skipton,
There are two pubs just at the end of the lane,
Kids can play safe.
There is a strict noise curfew after 10-30 which everyone adheres to

Old fashioned open field site with areas divided by hedges.
Flat pitches with electric hook ups but the shower block was very old and needed 50 pence pieces to use which is OK if you have spare.
Didn't meet the owner but the gardener helped us with which pitch we were allocated.
Very close to a train station that took us into Skipton in a few minutes, train are every 15 minutes, so great if you want to visit Skipton.

We received a very warm welcome from Alison and her team. They are always happy to help, to make your stay, the very best experience.
The site is flat with amazing views. We travelled with 2 other couples.
The village has 2 local pubs, which stage events & entertainment throughout the year. It also has its own train station.
You can travel to Skipton in 8 minutes & also have easy access to Bradford & Leeds.

Cononley is a brilliant location as it has lovely walks locally but also a train station from where it is very easy to get to Skipton in one direction and Saltaire or Bradford in the other.
For this stay we used the train as the weather, including storm Dudley, wasn’t conducive to long walks and the fields were somewhat waterlogged! Likewise, we are aware that we weren’t seeing the campsite at its best due to the wet conditions.
However, we were made very welcome and the facilities, while a little dated, were fine with hot showers (coin operated, 50p) and clean loos and it is very good value.
We would definitely like to come back in the summer when we can make the most of the lovely location.

Jeanette was so friendly and helpful too.
Good facilities and very clean and tidy.
Good size pitches with hard-standing and lush grass.
Would definitely return!

This is a wonderful site, the pitches are flat the facilities great and it is in a beautiful location.
The owners are very friendly and a good source of where to walk your dog from the site.
We look forward to going back to this site next year.
