We chose this site for its location, perfect for walking into Whitby (an easy 20 minutes, choice of promenade or road walk, or there is a bus just outside the site entrance).
Facilities were clean and roomy enough and we never had to wait. I would say that this is one of the largest sites we have stayed on and as such we felt a little hemmed in.
We didn't have the seaview we were promised when booking but found ourselves looking at our neighbours in the middle of the site.
That said it was peaceful enough, and we would return because of the location.

Lovely site, I think nearly every pitch has a sea view. We were on row HB. Toilets and showers amazing.
Grass and playing fields immaculate and every thought given to your neighbours ie no walking between pitches, which is good as there are no hedges etc.
Great easy walks into Whitby but there is a bus stop right outside if you need it.
The White House is the nearest pub and is dog friendly

Pristine site. Shower blocks immaculate.
Very dog friendly with a great field to exercise them.
Short walk to beach from site- dog friendly too!
Walked into Whitby about 20 mins, and there is a convenient bus service if walking is a challenge.
Lovely pitch at the far end of a row.
Very comfortable- would recommend even though it is the most expensive site we have ever stayed on.

Our first visit to Whitby, and to Sandfield House Farm. Not disappointed with either. Had a hardstanding level pitch, close to entrance.
Site looked full, but then realised that most pitches were occupied by seasonal customers, and as we were not here in the school hols, most were not occupied.
Wardens was very helpful and polite, and the campsite was well kept, and the 2 facility blocks excellent.
Took a walk to Sandsend along the beach, and to Whitby along the promenade.
Visited Whitby Abbey, climbing the 199 steps and just had to have some Whitby fish and chips!
Would certainly recommend this site
