We had an absolutely lovely week at this site. The owners are very friendly & welcoming. It was no problem to move our pitch as we had difficulty with the first one we were offered.
The site is clean & tidy, as are the facilities. It was very peaceful & relaxing, apart from wildlife sounds & the occasional airplane overhead.
There is a really nice dog walking area behind the site, with lovely views. Wellies might be needed if it is wet.
It is only about 5 minutes drive outside Bexhill, which is convenient for getting supplies, but feels like you are miles from anywhere.
We enjoyed our stay so much we are considering returning later in the season.

A lovely feel to this site - we're still relative novices, although this had everything we needed for our one night of camping.
I'd agree with some others about the shower tap and having to press it every 12 seconds (I counted!).
We have also visited nearby Chestnut Meadow - very different experiences, both good. We preferred Cobbs Hill though - the layout makes it feel like a smaller more intimate campsite. Owners were great, toilet block was fine.
Playground fine. Bexhill itself is really lovely and a firm favourite of ours.

First ever trip with a Caravan, how lucky were we! Didn't really know what to expect and very apprehensive as to whether we would enjoy this short trip. Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff/owner, very impressed with facilities and cleanliness.
Excellent start for us. Will definitely be returning excellent value for money.

Lovely site, owners Shelly and Scott couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. This was our first visit to this site over the very muddy and stormy weekend.
Upon arrival we were given a hard standing pitch as bad whether was forecast, which was brilliant. Site was very peaceful and clean, there are a few seasonal caravans and some statics.
Great price, paid £68 incl electric and a dog for 3nights over the bank holiday weekend, which is very good considering. We were there during storm Katie! A tree came down and was quickly cleared up by the owners, they also came to check that everything was OK in the morning. The facilities were clean and the few farm animals are great for the kids. There is a great dog walk on site as well.
Good location for Bexhill and surrounding area. Easy access with the exception of the last 2 minutes of your journey down Watermill lane, which is narrow, take it easy along this short stretch.
Enjoyed the peace that we have already booked to return.

We love this site. Tidy, quiet, will equipped, good value, everything we want a site to be. Stayed here two nights, and for the first time ever have booked another stay before we left. We've never liked a campsite enough to do that before.
To be constructive my only gripe, taps and showers that you either have to hold down or repeatedly press to get water. That said, water nice and hot, facilities spotless and with soft toilet paper!

Stayed here for 1 night to try out our new folding camper before our proper summer trip. Booked over the phone, they were very friendly and made it easy to do.
On arrival (thank you to the previous reviewers for tips about how to get there), we were given a choice of where to pitch (the site was pretty empty apart from permanent units as this was before the BH weekend)
Very well maintained site, the toilet/shower blocks were very well maintained. The only complaint I would make is the tap for the water fill up was hard to press as the top had come off - so my thumb hurt by the time the aquaroll was full.
Our boy enjoyed looking at the farm animals and the playground kept him occupied. We also took a short drive to Cooden Beach, which has a lot of sand at low tide - a rare treat in sussex.
Overall I would recommend this site.

What a wonderful place to stay!
Nice and helpful owners, a wonderful wash block with effective showers and lots of hot water.
Well kept and very clean and tidy site, even has some animals that will keep the kids entertained.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
We will definitely be booking again!

Myself and 3 children have just returned home after another lovely 3 weeks at Cobbs Hill farm. We have spent at least the last 8 summers here and there is not a single thing I could fault.
The owners are always very welcoming.
The site is very well maintained with the showers, toilets and washing up block always being extremely clean.
My children love being able to wonder about the site whilst I know they are extremely safe doing so. The park is well equipped with lots of things for children to play on, as well as having a large space to play ball games etc. ,
We cannot wait to return next year. Thank you for many happy summers :)
