 Lovely site, really clean showers and toilets and friendly owners.
Plenty of walks in the countryside for the dog, yet only a few mins from a bus stop to get the bus into York.
Nice level pitches and plenty of space around.

Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean toilet and shower blocks.
Would be hard to find better.

Lovely campsite, nice clean toilets & showers,
2 nice pubs local within walking distance, the only thing was you cannot get a taxi into town, and we waited a long time for a bus but got fed up waiting,

Well run clean site. Nice level pitch. Toilets spotless. Everyone here was very friendly and there were a lot of seasonal units.
Very handy for York Park&Ride 1.5miles away. We visited York, the McArthur Glen outlet and had the best fish&chips at The Magpie in Whitby.
Don't forget to visit the Twine and Barrel nearby, we had a lovely meal in there.
We would use this site again if we plan to venture this way.

Lovely, friendly, clean and well kept site.
We really enjoyed our stay at Ashfield holiday cottage and touring caravan park. Owners were really friendly and helpful.
Toilet facilities were always clean and accessible and it was nice to see mops for use after showering.
There was a shower room large enough to shower both myself and youngest which is always a bonus.
We booked as a stop off but wished we could have stayed longer.
Would definitely return.

Fabulous campsite, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful,
Will be definitely be returning,
The kids loved it and can’t wait to go back,
It’s not a massive site so it’s not to busy waiting for showers etc,
There was a burger van that’s there on a weekend reasonably priced, saved on cooking

Fantastic site.
Very friendly and entire park was spotlessly clean.
Barbecue area next to kids playpark was a very good extra.
