What a lovely camp site, the wardens were very friendly when our friends arrived at 12 noon but not so much when we arrived at 5pm, we were not told anything about the site facilities etc. Only told we had to pay the balance by the female warden, but we were shown to our pitch by the male warden, maybe they were tired and the customer service had been all used up!
Our pitches were on a slight slope but we had lovely views, the toilets and showers are clean but mop and bucket provided to clean up after you were disgusting I did not use them.
15 minute walk along a field and through a wood into Much Wenlock, we went to the Priory Ruins and the Museum both very interesting.
Great burgers from the butchers, we brought meat on the way into town and they stored it until we walked back very friendly staff and there was always a queue which speaks for itself.
Would recommend this site and would also recommend you arrive early for that all important smile and great customer service that we Brits do so well!

Just returned from a stay at this very pleasant site ideally situated just outside Much Wenlock. The area directly in front of our pitch was very narrow with young trees planted, so reversing onto the pitch wasn't easy. Fortunately our two new temporary next door neighbours helped push our caravan onto out terraced pitch which wasn't flat.
As others have said, the toilet and shower block are immaculate and the scenery surrounding the site is gorgeous.
Much Wenlock is a beautiful ancient town and the site is very well placed for Ironbridge and Blist's Hill Open Air Victorian Museum.
If you like Indian food go to the Bilash (means enjoyment) because believe me, you will enjoy it; the food was fabulous.

The Cavalier Caravan Club has just had a very enjoyable rally at Sytche. Thanks to wardens Barry and Lizzie. The site is tiered surrounded by fields and ideally situated for walking in to Much Wenlock.
Ironbridge and the museums are about four miles away. For groups we can recommend booking an evening at the Wenlock Pottery for a skittles/hot buffet meal. The towns of Bridgenorth and Shrewsbury are a short distance away.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was ideal location to explore the Ironbridge.
Site easily accessible. Facilities basic but exceptionally clean. Site also very well kept (although ride-on mower passing your window at 8. 30 in morning I thought was a bit unreasonable on holiday). Wardens certainly did their job with enthusiasm.
Feel that I need to let people know that mobile 'phone and mobile broadband coverage by most providers (except O2) is very poor on this site. It was suggested that I have a bottle of wine instead! Not really helpful when you have contacts to keep and don't drink!
But if you want to get away from it all I would recommend to anyone considering visiting.

What a lovely site with wonderful wardens - we phoned at very short notice and Barry the warden said that they could make a space for us on one of their driveways for the first night of our 3 night stay as the grass was too wet for us and their hard standings were all full. This we accepted and the designated area was very acceptable. We moved onto the hard standing for the next 2 nights (very nearly level and a very good size).
We woke on the final morning of our stay to a Winter Wonderland in March - at least 4 inches of snow on the flat and heavy drifting due to strong overnight winds which had blown the snow everywhere.
We were keen to head home and having checked that the main roads were clear enough to be safe to drive on we unhooked the van and started to leave the site - this is when things went wrong - trying to follow the tracks of a vehicle which had left the site earlier in the morning we became stuck in the snow as we were not on the gravel drive but trying to drive on the grass !
The wardens came to help and unfortunately failed to pull us out with their 4X4 so they had to phone for a farmer friend with a tractor (a cup of tea was made while we waited) which arrived very shortly and was able with a bit of trouble to put us back on the correct track and we were able to leave without further incident.
Many thanks for a super site and a great couple - Sorry to have messed up some of their pristine grass. Hope to go back soon and enjoy the site and see more of the very historic surrounding area.

This is was our third visit to the site in the last 6 months and first caravan outing of the year.
The site looked lovely with the grass being recently mowed. Despite the cold weather, the ground was in very good condition with the advantage of having three lovely new hard standing pitches.
Once again we were warmly greeted by the wardens who do a great job looking after the site.
The site is ideally situated for Ironbridge, Bridgnorth and terrific walks along Wenlock Edge.
All in all, had a lovely weekend here and really looking for to the next time!

This was our first time to this site and it definitely won’t be the last!
Greeted very warmly by Lizzie and Barry, the wardens who promptly checked us in and showed us to our pitch. As previously mentioned the pitches are terraced which means you have a lovely view and not overlooked.
The site is very well kept; nicely mown grass and the toilet blocks are very clean, with free showers.
We encountered a problem with our EHU cable, which rendered it unusable, however Barry was very accommodating and lent us a cable for the weekend, which we were very grateful for!
TV reception was good using a free view box, but we did notice others using satellites, mobile phone (O2) was good.
Very peaceful site; the only noise came from the roosting crows and tawny owls!
The walk into Much Wenlock is easy and takes only 10 - 15 minutes; its worth noting if you are walking back at night to take a torch as the lane leading to the site is unlit.
I have passed Much Wenlock countless times in the past, but have never been into the town centre. It’s wonderful! So pretty and full of charm!
The church is worth a look round as is the museum. Starting and ending at the museum is a 2100 meter Olympic Trail that takes you round the town providing interesting Olympic facts. Another must is the Wenlock Priory.
The town has 4 pub/hotels, plus several tea rooms/cafes. We ate at the George and Dragon on the high street which did good pub food and just along from there is the Talbot Inn, again good food (homemade chips!) but slightly more expensive. There is also the Gaskell Arms and the Raven Hotel.
As previous comments, the butchers and sweet shop on the high street are highly recommended.
All in all this is an excellent site, ideally located for many attractions. Looking forward to the next visit!

This Park is like knocking on Heavens door. Absolutely immaculate. Both in shower/toilets and grounds. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Views to die for and so quiet. Perfect. One of the best we have ever stayed at. Even books to read if you have the time. The Town of Much Wenlock is lovely with beautiful Medieval buildings and full of interesting shops. I think maybe it might be too quiet for children but for Hubby, dog and myself ideal and also reasonable prices. Thankyou Sytche Caravan and Camping Park for giving us a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

Lovely site. Very relaxing. We visited with our 2 small children and they loved it too. They liked the walk into Much Wenlock, and teh old fashioned sweet shop was a hit too. We will be back.
We used the site as a base for Ironbridge and realised that we needed more than 2 nights!
Facilities are basic, but clean, and add to the nice feel of the place. You do have to press teh button in teh showers every few seconds, but this is hardly the end of the world.

We stayed at this site on way back from Malvern. Entrance is via a long lane with passing place, probably a little narrow for very large motor homes. The site is tiered so everyone gets a good view of the surrounding countryside. The wardens are very polite and friendly. The pitches are on grass, which is mowed two or three times a week, giving a very nice look,
The toilet facilities are very clean and modern with showers (push button) and no time limit. The facilities are cleaned two times a day. There are electric hook up points, which for some pitches can be a distance away, but wardens have extension cables for loan (free)
The small town of Much Wenlock is a five minute walk away which can provide all your needs. There is a milk delivery to the site once a week.
All in all a very nice site run by very friendly people. Also some country side walks can be taken from the site
