Found this site at the last minute. In general a well presented site with good, laid out, pitches.
Clean and well looked after. For me it was a little to sterile and better suited to caravans rather than tents or campers, but this is purely personal and there is nothing I would criticise about the site.

A good site for visiting Southampton or before ferry to I.O.W. The bus stop is 5 mins. Down the road and runs every 20 mins to Southampton with return buses quite late. There is also an hourly train service to Southampton or Portsmouth from Netley station(about 15 min. Walk). As others have said very friendly reception and new, modern toilets/showers. Found the site a bit featureless but had a good hardstanding pitch with own water.Drain and ehu for £16/night. The Millhouse pub down the road is mainly food orientated but The Cottage pub 10 mins walk in Butlocks Heath is a more traditional pub selling Wadworth real ales.

Stayed a few weekends ago for 2 nights, Stella was very friendly when I made the booking and again upon arrival. Site has spacious pitches, well kept and clean facilities. We found the site to be very quiet, we live local, so will be coming back at every opportunity. Nice cycle-ride into Queen Victoria Country Park. Goo selection of local shops and a very good fish and chip shop.

This is our second visit to Sunnydale farm, we were met on arrival by Stella and shown to our pitch, she and her husband take time to stop and chat whenever they see you,
The site itself is very clean with well thought out pitches, not at all cramped together, there is water taps on every hook up post, one for each caravan, there are lights and fire points every 100 yards or so.
The shower and toilet block is brand new and very clean and modern, there are 3 urinals including one for children, 4 toilets and 5 showers in the male part, always kept immaculately clean, every time you saw Stella or her husband they had some sort of cleaning equipment in their hands.
New washing machine and dryer and at £2.00 for a wash and 50p for a dry its really good value, plenty of information booklets on local attractions and ideally situated for trips to Southampton/Portsmouth and IOW.
Very little noise from the nearby road and no noise at all on an evening, 400 yards down the road is the Millhouse pub, very friendly and serves nice food all day every day.
To sum up a very nice site, well above average with all that you need for a comfortable stay, I will definitely be back again next year.

We used this for a stopover before using the ferry to go to the IOW.
Easy to find and access with a nice friendly owner. Clear instructions of where to report to on arrival. Clean, modern shower/toilet block. Washing up and laundry facilities excellent and being upgraded. Lots of local info/leaflets available. The couple in the neighbouring unit have used the site for many years and remembered the perimeter trees being planted!
Very handy for ferry access and would use again.

Site clean and tidy. The facilities are new and ladies contained 5 toilets and 5 showers. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the washing/washing up room - again newly built. Pitches are level and spacious, mostly grass but 7 or 8 hard standings also available.
Few site rules and the only one that we thought odd was for Noise - 'some people stay for peace and others to party - both must be respected' - assume the noise levels vary dependant on the majority.
Some road noise - but not at all intrusive. Site fairly busy with vans waiting for ferries and what appeared to be several seasonal vans in use.
Overall a nice site, tidy and well kept. Slightly overpriced but would use for a 1 night stop over for ferries.

We had previously booked for the weekend before but this had to changed due to family illness, Stella was very obliging and we stayed for 3 nights, we had a warm welcome and were shown to our pitch. The site was very nice, the pitches were well laid out and we did not feel too close to the next pitch. The facilities were great, nice loos, hot showers, washing up facilities and laundry (we didn't use) It was a 5 minute walk to the bus stops, so we went into Southampton on the 1st day and into Hamble and Netley Abbey on the next. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Having taken a late ferry over from the Isle of Wight we arrived at this site, which we had pre-booked, at about half past one in the morning.
The pitches were level and spacious, and the site owner had kindly told us to pitch on the caravan field so we would have light from the ablution block.
The site was quite noisy. The road was busy long into the night, and we could hear aeroplane traffic too.
The toilets and showers were new, but unfortunately were not too clean.
We were rather surprised to be charged a fee for using electricity when we had already paid a full daily rate for just a brief stop.We had packed up by 10 am, but business is business I suppose!
Wouldn't make it a holiday destination, but it was okay for a brief overnight stop.

Great Site this one if you don't want stuff, it has a great toilet block
There is no shop or play area but it has a nice feel. We were greeted on arrival by the owner, and what a nice lady she is was keen to point out the what was around locally and was very approachable.
The site has a few fields with the main first on with the hookups and a few around the edges of the other field if you cable reaches through the hedge. There is a bit of road noise but I didn't find it a problem in the van. Some of the pitches are huge which is great.
The local area is really nice, and we all had a really relaxed few days.

What a wonderful find. A friendly warm welcome late on Bank Holiday Friday Stella & her husband were so helpful as we had been let down by our original site. With 2 small children our pitch was very spacious & our 4 year old was able to ride his bike around the roadway without us having to be with him at all times. Showers & toilets clean and hot water a plenty whatever time of day. Never a queue either which was amazing considering the site was full.
My only request would be to make a family bathroom with Baby changing facilities but none the less we managed without.
We will definitely be back!
The waterfront was very close with a small playground providing a fun free afternoon out. Netley Abbey Ruins (free entry) approx 10 mins drive again a good open space for children to burn off some energy. We also visited the Victoria Country Park cost £2 for a days parking plenty of space to picnic, play areas to suit everybodies taste with the Steam Railway (small charge) being the highlight of the day!
