Friendly staff, sanitary block always immaculate. Spacious and well drained pitches.
A no-frills campsite but very well kept. Just missing a small play area for young children perhaps
But overall enjoyed our stay.

Sunnydale is a nice level site with good access and easy to get to from main routes. The surrounding area is good with lots to see and do.
The site itself has good level pitches with a mixture of grass and hardstanding. It isn't the biggest, but the pitches are an OK size for a caravan and awning. With Covid-19 restrictions there is a limited availability of facilities and these are dedicated to the tent campers which makes sense.
The site wardens were great and really helpful and we had an electrical problem which was expertly fixed by the owner. Terrific service, thank you

We normally stay at very quiet, CL type places but this was the only place that had availability with Covid!
Although busier than we usually go for it was actually quiet and the pitches were a good, generous size
Very friendly welcome, good, efficient electric and water posts and nice size field
Next to a road- not busy at night though and so not a problem
Would recommend although pricier than our usual CL at £66 for 2 nights (including an extra £10 to stay until 4pm)
Approx 20 min walk to river but no pathway so would’ve rather driven though!
Can’t comment on facilities as shut because of Covid

A lovely site, well kept by Stella and Bill and their small, friendly team. The facilities were always spotless.
We stayed for a while over the winter and would definitely return.
Good transport facilities locally and lovely walks around Netley foreshore and Victoria country park.
We left earlier than intended due to the Coronavirus outbreak changing everyone’s plans but wish them all the best for the future.

Loved the location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Saw Karen a few times and what an asset to the site! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful and above all made us feel right at home.
Have already recommended Sunnydale to friends and family with motorhome. Thank you Karen 😍

Booked over the phone, once we turned up pitch was written on white board.
Immaculate pitches, spotless toilets, nice local pubs and easy bus to Southampton.
My only negative was we never met anyone, reception was shut and no one gave us any local information.
However in these days of mobile phones this is a very small negative and this is a site I would return to.

We decided on this site as it is close to the ferry ports. Arrived mid afternoon and had a warm friendly greeting by the staff who were extremely knowledgeable about the local area and gave us directions to shops, filling stations and ferry ports.
The site is well laid out with large level hardstanding pitches with electricity, water and waste drain. Access to the site is by ANPR so no messing about with cards and gate codes.
We stayed for two nights just to stock up and catch our breath before catching the ferry to Santander.
Highly recommended.

A very well presented site with friendly staff, who greeted us on our arrival and explained everything to us about the location of local amenities and beaches and places of interest.
