Amazing site with fantastic views and great facilities! Shower and toilets were always spotless.
Donald is lovely, incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always about on the site checking on everything and provided some great take away recommendations.
Couldn't get a better location for exploring Barra, only a few minutes drive from castlebay.
We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone staying on Barra!

Great little site. We had a warm personal welcome and were given lots of info about Barra and what to see and do.
We had a great view overlooking the bay and the campsite facilities were great and very clean.
Lovely beaches you could walk to.
Couldn't fault it.

Beautiful seaside location, short walk from sandy beaches north and south of site.
Amenities block clean and modern. Kitchen area for storing food (fridge), using kettle and charging electrical items. WiFi available in amenities block.
Very friendly staff, offering help and advice with suggestions for things to see and do.
Joans Barra Pizza just up the road (open Fri/Sat) does excellent pizza for takeaway. Some other food suggestions on the noticeboard in amenities block.

Probably the cleanest campsite facilities block we've ever seen.
Toilets and showers were spotless.
Caretaker arrived every evening and was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect, price is spot on. Absolutely nothing to fault whatsoever!

Great site next to the sea on a sheltered inlet. Most pitches overlooking small bay. Toilet and shower facilities kept spotlessly clean and well supplied.
There's an intriguing "pan on a pipe" for waste water - you slide it under a m/home and discharge the waste without spilling it all over the ground. Was a bit more difficult to use with a wheeled caravan waste carrier.
Most pitches are a concrete pad, with plenty of space and grass between. Good concrete site road onto the site from A888 (the road around the island).
One minor problem, and it's not the site's fault; the ferry to Oban check in is at 06:10 (Saturday 07:10) which means most mornings some campers are up very early to catch the ferry.
Overall, a fantastic site, really helpful and pleasant bloke in charge and great scenery. We will return!

This is a great site.
Not for really young kids but good sized pitched on the ocean. All hardstanding with plently of grass around.
Spotlessly clean. Toilets and showers, washing machine etc, chemical waste et
Friendly and great hosts, will be back
