 A must stop-off if on Barra. Really clean and staff very helpful.
The bonuses are the location, with seals on the rocks and awesome sunsets.
Ideally placed on the island between the 2 ferry ports, get supplies in castlebay first.
Sandy beach only a short walk away.
Will definitely visit again.

Had an AMAZING stay, best camp site we stayed at during our 2 week trip round the Outer Hebrides.
Could not fault anything and would recommend this site to anyone staying on Barra.

Owner very helpful and friendly and priced reasonably too,

Lovely site. Great location and good, clean facilities. Allan the site manager was super friendly and helpful.
Very chilled vibe - but still professional - class act!
This was our first motor home and campsite experience. Having stayed in a few since, appreciate how brilliant Borve is.

Amazing little campsite right on waters edge. We were thrilled to be able to watch seals that came right into the little bay we overlooked.
All mod cons available with hard standing and electric hook up.

Lovely site, fab, clean facilities,
Brilliant location (seals seen playing in the bay!),
But Alan really made it, he was very attentive and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Would highly recommend and when visiting Barra as a camper again, I'll definitely book Borve Campsite again.
