July 2003 We've just got back from our holiday here and decided to put this review on. The site is massive and its very easy to get lost around it. We stayed on the yellow field which was again massive and a fair walk to and from the showers/toilets. Ok there were plenty of showers and toilets (which were kept clean) in our block for the yellow field which we never had to queue for but we didn't like having to walk so far to the loo in the middle of the night - we don't think this is very good, especially if you have small children. We went to RJ's one night and had quite a nice meal - the club was modern and clean and entertainment was quite good. We went horse riding aswell which we both quite enjoyed.

The staff were lovely people,im booking again in a few weeks time with my 10% loyalty card , the holiday worked out really cheap also which was a bargin i will see you again thank you for a lovely time

May 2001 The pitch was large, level and close to water points. The facilities were clean and had free showers. They take all units. The park is big and can be noisy as it is close to an expensive fun-fair which can be accessed direct from the site. I know we had difficulity sleeping due to the noise, although I believe that fields further away are not so bad. They issue you with an electronic pass to enter the site with the car. We didn't really have a good look at the site on this short visit. We would go again but would request a pitch further away from the amusements.

Aug 2002 As a disabled camper I found this site a disapointment to me and my family my wife & 3 girls. It was hard to get around without a car as the site is so big, my girls got bored very quickly and we had to spend a lot of time off site. their fun fair was very expensive to go each night as there was not of entertainment for them in the evenings (teenagers for you). and the lack of space for guests in both dining areas and the night clubs. lastly the swimming pool was restricted to time and usage.

Unity is a HUGE site with a lot of Statics closest to the amenities and several large touring fields . Each touring field has it's own Warden and Loo Block with decently sized grassy pitches.
A 5 min walk away is the first family bar called the Chicks Roost which as a large kids room with non-stop kids entertainment, then a bar and adults only ares. The kids entertainment staff also run a morning kids club in the season at the main play area.
A longer walk takes you into Brean Leisure Park, part of the same complex, for the Swimming Pool, Funfair and The Farmers Tavern/Dickies, another family/adult bar.
The Swimming Pool complex with a reasonable indoor pool with a slide that starts outside and comes in from the cold with a splash, there is also a todler pool. Outside is another pool with 3 huge waterslides, one you go down in a tyre. You get one session/day and extra time is payable for.
Brown Touring Field which is the furthest from the entrance is somewhat anarchistic.

july2001-02 I visited this site on a number of occasions and i can only say the park has got better and better each time. I have stayed in every poss accm from budget stattics to lux and last visit i stayed in my own tent, the entertainment for both adults and children are in my opinion second to none ,there are 2 main bars RJs which has childrens ent untill 9.00 pm and then its top caberet.dickies which has a family room as well as adults.all touring feilds have large pitches which are well serviced with wardens and wc shower blocks.the park bosts the largest funfair in the west country (this is a very reasonably priced funfair)teens can have many hours of fun here.the pool complex although on the small side is another place to while away many an hour (the slides r great fun) the on site amnts inc several take aways laundrette phones washing machines etc etc the park is only a 2min walk from a large beach and only a short drive from burnham and weston both well worth a day trip.to be honest i could write a lot more about brean sands and holiday unity it has got to be the best value for money family holiday there is (check out the specail offers in brochure...... ps I will be going again this year 2003 and for many more years to come . GO & ENJOY..

We've been here a couple of times, its a fairly typical large seaside site with many statics with the tourers, fair sized pitches but obviously fairly crowded in high season with fairly small bar / entertainment room.It is attached by footpath to the local funfair which is a good ( albeit expensive ! ) place to let the older children roam in the evening, although you do get the noise till about 11.00pm. Access to the large beach across the road. They do have a good car boot sale and market at the site each weekend.
