This is a very large and active campsite, perhaps a tad too big to get the personal touch It gives you the feeling of being a number. However facilities are good for family holidays. Shower blocks are clean but can get very heavy traffic in the school holidays They have a club with nightly entertainment swimming pool both in and outdoor and several options of take away food outlets. Joining the park is a large play park with lots of wristband rides. Regular security patrols around the park make it a safe place for all Close by Burnham On Sea has lots to offer as does Weston a good place for the family holiday but at busy times it can get over crowded

Stayed here for a week and I must say this is one of the best touring sites I have stayed on. We had a grass serviced yellow pitch and it was top notch, there was a water tap, electric hook up and waste drain behind every caravan, the grass was well drained and very firm and the pitch is large enough to put up a full size awning and two 7 pole windbreaks around the front of the awning. The site has excellent facilities including very clean toilet and shower blocks, club house, very well equipped shop, fishing lake, and also the site owns the swimming pool and leisure park which are next door. The beach is a very short walk across the road and you can take your car on to the nearby berrow beach.
Like all the camping sites in brean unity is geared up for tourers and really sets the standard.

Arrived here early sat morning after long drive through the night to find we could pitch almost straight away. Pitches on yellow field are huge with own tap and drain and very flat which also meant we were exposed to the Brean winds.
Site is vast with loads on or about for our teenagers. Five mins walk to huge funfair which is discounted if your staying on site.
Large entertainment room with the usual standard of site entertainment but ok.
Toilet block on yellow field were not always up to standard but believe this was due to the vast amount of people using them. The toilet blocks on green and brown fields were more modern and were of a higher standard.
Just outside site are several bars and shops and take aways so plenty of choice, we enjoyed a few nights in Breakers Bar just outside gates but you really do have a choice of many.
Bus stops outside site to Burham on Sea or Western Super Mare but at £16.50 for 2x ad and 2 x child its not cheap and we didn't find Western to be worth the journey.
On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for a huge site with loads to do for teenagers I would recommend this one
9/10 and would return

Site was very clean and toilets/showers brilliant. Pub/club was fine aimed at younger children. Although they would not allow my 12yr son back in to us as he lost his pass which upset him.Pool is mainly outside and you pay for big rubber rings to go down the slides.
Close to funfair which is ideal for older children.
Pitch did flood but the weather was dreadful.
I had a very annoying camper next to me who had his generator running day and night(even though they are not allowed) which I reported but no one did anything, even though the warden had seen it when they were setting up and also he camped to close to use and refused to move into his own spot.( got him back by having a very smokey bbq)
Been to site twice now but kids have outgrown it and its a little bit on the expensive side.

Just come back from 4 days at this site, fantastic
Great location and friendly service, definitely go again, the only gripe is the extra charge for large tents, but well worth the money overall
If you have little ones 5ish and under then the £9.99 wristband at the theme park is a must
Food available in rjs for a good price and get plenty, costcutter supermarket is prices are good, stocking all the things you might need, and a short drive away is a morrisons
All in all a great site with great facilities

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable break we returned in July to stay in one of their new holiday homes. We went for a weekend break to have a look around and decided to go back. We had a lovely weekend and stayed on brown field. It was peaceful and even the floors in the toilet block are heated! The entertainment was really good and all the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The beach is right opposite and we took advantage of using the fun park situated next door. I would recommend this park to anyone.

We had a fantastic break after many years of going abroad and not staying in the UK. The staff were friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcome. The warden - was particularly helpful and made us feel like valuable customers. The caravan (signature) was lovely - well furnished, very clean and it had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent, something for everyone with a fun park, golf course, kids clubs and choice of entertainment venues. It was nice to have accommodation that was so clean and comfortable. There was plenty to do in the area, even in the rain. We loved it. I would highly recommend this holiday camp it is the ideal place for children plenty to do also very safe place, the entertainment brilliant. I am certainly making another visit next year.

We went on our holiday to unity farm at brean it was recommended to us. We arrived Saturday dinnertime and shown to our pitch which was in the yellow field, the pitch like most others was nothing but a muddy patch. After travelling for 5 hours and paying in advance we had no choice but to put the tent up, it was great wading through a mess of sludge, after 5 days the smell that was coming under the ground sheet was unbearable and we called it a day.
The park had some good points the kids enjoyed the fun fair and the staff were friendly, the club and pool were to small for the size of the park. The shops nearby were not up to much usual seaside shops, there was a good chip shop nearby, there's not much to do at brean itself and you have to travel to weston super mare or bridge north are the nearest towns both about 10 miles and you have trouble parking with minimum of 4 pounds up to 4 hours.
The toilet blocks on the site were pretty basic a lot had no toilet seats on them in the ladies they were cleaned regular but still looked pretty grubby

Myself, my fiance & our two children had a weeks' camping at this site last year & we are retuning again in just over a week. A big site with good amenities, toilet blocks & showers are excellent, staff friendly, nice big pitches. Had a meal in the main entertainment room which was very good, the chip shop on site is good also. The beach is literally just across the road from the site. The fairground is good & we hope to try out the outside pool this year. I really can't say anything bad about this site & our family are looking forward to our next camping trip there.

We arrived around lunch time and were quickly shown to a very spacious pitch on Brown field. The warden was lovely and answered all our questions happily. We had room to pitch my 6 man tent and a pup tent plus our Zafira on our pitch.
The site has a fantastic playground which kept my children (2, 4 and 6 at the time) occupied for many an hour.
The on site shop stocks a good range of essentials at the prices you would expect to pay on a camp site. There are also a couple of takeaways.
The toilet block was pristine, clean bright and modern. It had many showers with roomy cubicles big enough for taking a young child in with you. Sinks and toilets were in abundance. Underfloor heating kept the toilet block warm no matter what the weather/time of day.
One night we had a problem around 11pm with a car full of people driving fast around the site with music blaring very loudly. I phoned the warden from my tent and it was dealt with very quickly.
During peak times the site operates a land train to take you to the entertainment at Brean Sands Leisure Park. There is plenty to do in the are visiting the lovely beaches, swimming at the pool complex on the leisure park, visiting the Leisure Park (fab rides for all ages), visiting the local market also you have Weston a short drive away.
Even though we had a fair bit of rain we had a fantastic time. My girls absolutely loved feeding the ducks that visited our tent every morning.
