Smart, well maintained and modern thinking site. Check in was very welcoming and security barriers for vehicles are always a welcome addition I like, I seen a van stopped from gaining entry.
The site was really busy however everyone was very courteous and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Bryn Gloch is in Snowdonia which is one of the most spectacular places on the planet, even when it so often rains.
The on-site shop is great and the Supermarkets in Caernarfon are about 15 minutes drive.
Thanks for a great weekend Bryn Gloch. 🏕👍🏻

Great site close to many places to visit eg Zip World, beach, castle etc.
Very clean amenities and useful shop and games room too. We arrived early and we’re able to take our pitch.
Spacious area and quiet at night time. Easy to navigate in and out.

Nice site and good location.
Site is about 5k from the start of the Mount Snowden Trail (if you want to start at the Mount Rangers point). This requires a walk on the main road which can be busy so you will need to be vigilant. Alternatively, there is a car park just opposite the Mount Ranger site should you wish to skip the 5k warm up.
Facilities on site are plentiful and clean (minus the creepy crawlers).
We did state we had a large tent and whilst the pitches were good size, we could have done with a bigger pitch. The pitch we got was 5m for tent and car so if you have a large tent, I would suggest giving the site a call and asking for a pitch a little bigger than 5m as it was a tight squeeze for us.
Would recommend and if we come back to the area, would book here again :)

Site very busy. We were sited in the tent section which wasn’t the quietest.
Owners made attempts to keep everything clean and tidy but too many people for the available facilities.

Lovely large site - lots of caravans however tents are generally down the bottom end - not field camping but all in lines so to speak, with the driveways running through.
Plenty of hook ups and shower blocks.
Unfortunately we went after the floods so it wasn't a dry camp!
The lady and gent in reception are extremely helpful and friendly.
Not a cheap site but it is one of the larger well ran uniformed sites.
Lovely river and a play area for kids.
Nothing around it however the pub is 25 mins walk.
