The site was in a great location, excellent views, pitch where you want.
The owner was informative and friendly, we had an issue with the car, he helped in a supportive and informative way.
Will definitely return. Walk to village easy, walk back obviously more difficult but not too bad.

Gorgeous quiet campsite with views to die for with clean facilities.
Despite high season loads of room to be distant & in an ideal location for a stroll to Robin Hoods Bay & a short drive or longer walk to Whitby.
Mike was friendly & chatty showing me around & I will definitely be going back. 👍

Very rural and quiet campsite with stunning views.
Beautiful walk down to Robin Hoods Bay. Right off the Cinder track.
Friendly and helpful owner. Fantastic red hot showers, really modern cubicles.
I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Good site. Pitches not flat but OK.
The guy who runs/owns it all is a nice chap but takes no guff and is solid with his site rules to ensure your stay is relaxed and quiet.
The site itself is basic but well maintained with cut grass and clean toilets and showers.
The view is brilliant with its high location, but can get windy.
The road in is a long farm track and quite bumpy if you don't have a 4x4 but is paved all the way so no muddy tracks to tackle.
First time here but will be back again no doubt.

Spent the weekend at bay ness with the wife for her birthday.
What an absolutely beautiful camping site, the views were stunning,
The owners were fantastic, had a full tour of the site when we arrived, shown everything we’d need and all the facilities.
We had a lovely chat with the owners whilst we were there, very friendly and welcoming.
Thank you for a brilliant beautiful weekend,
We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely stunning views and excellent facilities.
We don’t really want to say too much because more people might want to go!
It’s a little gem hidden away in a tranquil place.
Good footpath to Robin Hoods bay and it’s only a 25 minute walk.
We will be back.

Beautiful and quite site. Spotlessly clean toilet & shower areas. A perfect location for a relaxing break. Perfect for our requirements on this trip.
The rules re check in times make total sense due to the long narrow access lane, common sense really especially for a working farm environment.
If you’re looking for a busy, lively site with lots going on then this isn’t the one for you, but for a peaceful break with magnificent views then you won’t be disappointed.
Will visit again.

Great campsite with views over the sea.
Good location for a short walk into Robin Hoods Bay or a longer walk to Whitby (we did this in 2 hours).
Fantastic facilities for showers/toilets too and a very responsive host.
The cost was very reasonable given the high quality facilities and plenty of space to pitch.
