Super site. We were very lucky with our pitch as we have a rather large tent 6m x 3m but managed to find a lovely flat spot with unbelievable views across the bay. Not many level pitches but ok if you have a small 3-4 man size tent.
Facilities. Toilets : Exceptional. Regularly checked for cleanliness, toilet rolls, cleanliness etc. Showers: Again exceptionally clean and regularly checked. Each shower unit (wet room) has toilet and wash basin and lots of room. Spotlessly clean. Never ever in 45 years camping have I every had this standard.
Washing up facilities, again really clean and lots of hot water. Lots of recycling going on.
Look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic little campsite, with very friendly owners who are willing to help anytime, She even recommended a good place to paddle board.
The toilets and showers on site are clean and to a good standard.
The views are amazing but can get very windy especially at night due to being close to the cliff tops. Only a 25 min walk to Robin Hood Bay, and 5 miles to whitby so plenty of stuff to do locally.
Overall a good campsite and will definitely be looking to book here again.

Great site with clean facilities. The hosts were pleasant and friendly.
The beauty of the scenery was spectacular and walks to local town of robin hoods Bay was only 20 minutes.
This is a working farm so the odd sheep could be heard but little else.
Some pitches were a little uneven and the ground stoney in places but if you looked this could be overcome.
All in all first class and I hope to visit again.

This is our favourite campsite. Set in natural surroundings on top of a hill.
Great pitches with amazing sea views.
Really quiet.
Toilets and showers are clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Steep track leads to the Cinder Track to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay, Ravenscar and beyond.
The access road is quite narrow with passing places. There is a bus stop at the end for Whitby and Scarborough.
Perfect for a quiet relaxing stay.

We have just gotten back from the most amazing weekend at Bay Ness. What a magical place.
Opening the tent to the sea view was the cherry on top as well as a lovely half hour stroll to Robin Hoods Bay.
Fabulous views, spotless facilities and such quiet surroundings.
The lady who greeted us was very friendly and we cannot wait to come back next month.

Fantastic site in a beautiful location. A small, quiet site with stunning views of the sea, Robin Hood’s Bay and beyond.
Arrived to a warm welcome, given a choice of pitches and shown where the facilities were.
Toilet and shower block exceeded expectation - well maintained, modern and clean.
The site has a path which connects to the Cinder Track, although quite steep on the way back!
A superb site. Very quiet and very peaceful.
Most definitely would stay again.
