Just come back from broadmeadow lovely site my boyfriend went fishing but didn't catch nothing.
Used disabled toilet and shower but could do with a new shower on where you turn it on and stays on its a push button shower what's in now.
But what a lovely site can't wait to come back

Love the site, second visit, second review. Spotless facilities. Staggered pitches so nobody has another unit in front or behind them.
5 minute walk to Morrisons, another 5 minutes takes you into the town, nice selection of shops and cafes/restaurants. Buses can take you to Hereford, Peterstow etc, free buses throughout Herefordshire on Saturday and Sunday.
We also tried fishing, two visits each for 2 hours and not a bite. Speaking to warden it was explained that the lakes flood every year and they lose the fish into the adjacent brook, so owners won't restock.
For a site of this quality the fees of £22 low season and 25 high season are really good and 4 for 3 offer brilliant.
Not great for kids, there is playground but no bike riding allowed.

Although an extremely good clean and well catered caravan site,
Found fishing (why I booked) 5 days of fishing and not even a nibble.
Nice looking lakes but over grown edges and limited positions to fish, If disabled you will have too many barriers with wild growing plants and trees.
Very Disappointed. NO fish. Big let down!

Nice site well kept, easy walk into Ross on Wye where there are shops and pubs, morrisons by entrance,
Only drawback is how very strict they are, my son & grandchild popped in for a visit which I paid the extra on their arrival for day visit and had a walk around the site, didn't realise there was an adult only area and was immediately followed and told they couldn't go in that section of the field, thought it was a bit OTT

A lovely peaceful site, with two modern toilet blocks, along with grey & black water disposal points. Its located within a 5-10 min walking distance to the centre of Ross, where there are numerous pubs, restaurants etc.
The Warden Tracey and hubby Marvin, are first class hosts; both eager to provide their customers with additional tourist info. # advice etc and are without doubt, a huge asset for the site owners.
Regrettably, this did not apply to the Manager & her hubby, both were the complete opposite; miserable, unhelpful and without doubt, I would seriously suggest that they look for a career where their lack of customer service skills do not have a negative impact on the company’s reputation & long term future

Loverly site. Nice being able to walk into the town. 10 min. 5 min to supermarket. Well keeped site friendly wardens. Very clean toilets and showers. Nice.
I would say the positioning of waste water and clean water taps. In the middle of grass 10 yds off patheways is not ideal. They should have a path leading to each tap.
In wet weather you get wet and muddy footwear. Great to take back to caravan. Motorhome. I've never been to a site with taps so far away from solid ground.
But could not fault the rest of the site.

We found this site very clean.
They do have an adult only section and also a lake close by.
It is also only a 5 min walk to a supermarket and a good pub and ten mins into the centre of Ross

After a short strange journey through the industrial estate, the site is an oasis of calm, almost silent except for the birds. Well laid out with units parked in a staggered formation so that there was no one close either side, nor in front or behind.
There are a few dog walks from here, including the best … leave the campsite by the pedestrian exit through the dog walk field, go up the steps, turn right on the main road with its wide pavement. Follow the road until the roundabout, cross over and then go left. Just before the fire station on its right there is a track which eventually joins with a disused railway line, and other paths back into Ross.
The site is very near Ross on wye which is just a lovely market town, with a fantastic church. And the main supermarket is just outside the industrial estate, 5 min walk.
Heed the warnings on the booking information of using a satnav. I use several apps at the same time, including a specialist lorry/ caravan app. They ALL got it wrong.
Showers were great, lots of changing space, warm water and the timer button could be leant on. Good hairdryers.
It would have been perfect, but for the miserable warden on duty.

Facilities at Broadmeadow were spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for supermarket, shops, pubs.
Morrison’s a few minutes walk from site, and an easy walk (5 Mins) into Ross, which has a variety of shops, nice pubs ( some dog friendly).
A little road noise at night, but didn’t bother us too much, it has a couple of small fishing lakes and a play area for children.
As others have said, don’t be put off by the approach, through a small industrial estate.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and have booked to stay again.
