Having visited and been impressed with the site in October 2020, we returned for another visit.
The facilities were spotless and cleaned several times a day, including being closed for an hour to allow for deep clean and "fogging".
We had a pitch on the side of the lake and enjoyed the fishing. The staff are very helpful and friendly and booking was easy.
We didn't visit the bar on this occasion but there was a large open sided covered area with large tv screens for those wishing to watch the football.
No price increase since last season!

As a family we love this site and return many times. It is well positioned in the centre of Brean and the site has lots of amenities on offer. The shop is reasonably priced along with the takeaway and outdoor bar.
The bathroom facilities are always spotless no matter what time of day or night you go along with the grounds.
Campers are respectful of one another and abide by the noise curfew at night so that everyone gets a good night sleep.
Cannot wait for my next trip.
All staff are friendly and willing help with any queries or information.
The only downside is that we pay for wifi when we are there and it's not the best but better than 4G.

Had a great time with my girlfriend in our touring caravan.
The site is an excellent place with clean toilet facilities and good clean grounds and eating places.
Love this site as the staff look after you and the people are great.

Love it a Northam farm, we try to go there twice a year, we take our dog with us, all dogs are on leads and mostly friendly,
Lovely cafe/ pub on site,
Very clean showers and close to all amenities out side of the park,
Highly recommend with families with children, security always happy to help.

Got to the site and was put next to the fishing pool but not the area I requested even though I booked last year. Hill view was the place I wanted to be and for most of the two weeks, we were there. They were empty
The was no toilets or showers closed due to covid. No disabled toilets
We were informed on arrival
The Maine pub closed for the rest of this year 2021 the outdoor food and bar was only open on Saturday. It was not made very clear as to when it was open
They request you to use the local shop but it was closed at 3 pm and this is on a Friday the fish and chip shop was not clearly marked as when they are open but we paid full site fees witch did not take in consideration of most of the site being shut

Large site and very clean and well kept. We stayed on Lakeside field and enjoyed both the fishing and walking around the lake. Booking in was simple and security showed us to our pitch.
The facilities were very clean and were well organized for Covid-19 security.
I had a credit note as our June holiday was cancelled and booking was very easy and the lady I spoke to was helpful and friendly. We didn't use the bar but it looked well organized.
Used the takeaway once and it was OK but nothing special.
We would use this site again.
