Nice level site. Good facilities block but with only one entrance meaning when being cleaned no toilet was available (reason given was COVID!).
5 minutes walk into town. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Walked to Fairy Glen Falls 30 mins from the site, worth seeing but no good for anyone with mobility issues and would avoid in wet weather due to lots of slippy and uneven slate steps up and down to the river.
Also walked to Conwy Falls another 40 mins, not worth he walk.

First time ever that I made mistake double booked, had missed call and voice mail from Riverside Touring park didn't check until next morning, I thought that we missed one night, the lovely lady in reception was ever so helpful
The site was fully booked, she put us on the late arrival on second night with key to use facilities without charge, this was our own fault and prepare to pay but she said this was at least she can do.
Very high standard tidy and cleanness all round,
Nice little walk from site round the golf course or a lovely walk start from path behind the church next Cotswold to Llyn Elsi, you can walk round it,
We had meal in the Stable, was busy but service was quick and food are good,
We will definitely return to Riverside to explore more, we like all Morris sites, never disappointed.

Good Location close to town centre.
Would expect free WIFI of sites these days. Facilities are good.
Washing/drying is quite pricy.
Would certainly go again if in the area.

Great little site hidden away just outside the village.
Clean and up to date shower/toilet facilities.
Very friendly staff and great dog walking outside of the site.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Site is open, but without toilets or showers at the moment due to Welsh Govt Covid restrictions. As ever the site is in immaculate condition.
Trains and buses seem to be running as normal. Shops are open, but only takeaway food available. Site shop is open, with some essential supplies.
Good fish and chips and pizzas within walking distance.
A bonus for us was the wonderful weather.

Liked the location ie. Within walking distance of the town, riverside and scenic walks.
As Betws-Y-Coed is one of my favourite holiday destinations this campsite ticked all of the boxes for me.
Nothing about the site and or location I disliked.

This is, without doubt, one of the best touring sites we have ever visited. Pitches are excellent with fantastic views of Snowdonia.
The site has a beautiful walk around the golf course and river which continues into the village.
The park is immaculate and the toilets are fantastic and would not be out of place in a top hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the local area has so many attractions and beautiful places to choose from,
I definitely recommend this brilliant park and look forward to our next visit
