Whitsun break. Had four nights in the caravan with electric on the river side field. Grass site, fairly flat. Weather was hot and sunny.
We loved this site, beautiful area outstanding natural beauty. Warden very helpful, gave good instructions on parking caravan,
Nice showers and toilets. Good play area.
Walked to Stourport, pretty place with lots to do.
Plenty boats and canal locks.
Also lovely walk to Bewdley took us 1 hour, lots to see on way. Had fish and chips there.
Will definitely go again.

This is a fabulous site - especially for families. It's in idylic countryside which comes as such a surprise when you feel you've only just left Kidderminster!
We were a group of 3 families in large tents without electric hook-up - and although the site was full, we were still given plenty of space and freedom to pitch in a triangle. (The non-EHU area gives much more space & freedom than those with EHU, as you would expect). Pitches are lovely & flat too.
The owners / managers couldn't do enough to help and the site is immaculately kept - there seemed to be someone cleaning the toilet block most of the time!
Whilst the site was full over a bank-holiday weekend, it didn't feel crowded and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for the showers.
There is a really good family / disabled bathroom which is great for a wheelchair user - unfortunately there is only one and it's at the other end of the site from where we were staying - but worth the trip. Plenty of FREE hot water too.
Good covered dishwashing area - again, plenty of facilities so never had to wait long.
There are goats, ducks, chickens and horses on site - which the kids absolutely loved.
It's an easy walk along the river to Stourport (fairground for the kids, boats for hire etc). The walk to Bewdley isn't accessbile with a wheelchair / pushchair so we didn't try it - but apparently it's quite easy and very pretty.
Very close to West Midlands Safari Park, which is a great day out (although expensive).
Excellent local Indian take-away delivers to site - and thoughtfully the site has menus to hand! And an ice-cream van came round the site each afternoon too!
The only things that could improve this site would be a small shop selling the basics (apparently there is a small shop nearby but not within 10 mins walk) and a ramp to the toilets by the riverside field for disabled use.
I would definitely recommend this site to anyone - and will certainly consider it again if we're staying in this area - and can't praise the managers enough - THANK YOU

We have spent many weekends at this site and I would highly recommend this site to anyone, lovely location, nice flat pitches and plenty of space even at busy times. Lovely surroundings, staff and warden always there to help and are very friendly and helpful. Excellent clean shower and toilet facilities and good facilities for children, great for families. Not far from Stourport, nice walk into the town which has plenty of shops, pubs and children's fair. Good local take aways that will deliver to the site for you. Fishing facilities on site, dogs welcome. Great site, Great location, excellent service. Highly recommend. Only thing missing is a shop on site but not a problem. Will be returning to this site for many more relaxing weekends :)

Absolutely fantastic site! cannot fault it. Toilets/showers spotlessly clean, brilliant pitch, level and big for our supa sized tent.
Staff friendly, our electric didn't work and they came to us straight away and fixed it. Went with another family, kids enjoyed it their ages were, 15, three 13 years olds and a 10 year old.
Will defo go again. Our friends took their dog which had to be kept on a lead at all times though there was a field for them to be let off the leash.
River was 5 min walk away and a 15 min walk into Stourport town.
Nearby supermarkets and takeaways. Great for a long weekend break.

We are a family with 3 small children under 5 and found this site absolutely great. We only planned to stay for a couple of nights over Easter on our way to north Wales but are only just leaving on the may bank holiday!
The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole site is very pleasant, clean and quiet even though it was really busy. There are 2 children's play areas, a fantastic goat and chicken pen and general lovely surroundings by the river.
We ended up managing to visit Cadburys world, the Tamworth Snowdome and west midland safari park (twice!)whilst staying here. We also loved the accessibility to Stourport by the river path and also had a fantastic day cycling along the tow paths to Kidderminster.
We thoroughly recommend this site for families and are already planning a return trip.

This was our first camping experience as a family and this site was recommended to us as being ideal for what we needed - and I cannot disagree.
The overall first impressions of the site were the cleanliness and the lovely setting. The more we saw of the site, the more this was re-inforced. Our tent was on the rally field, next to the river, with no hook-ups. This was ideal. Even with being a busy Easter weekend, the site was peaceful enough for us to relax but the kids were still able to run around and enjoy themselves without worrying about disturbing people.
The facilities were great, toilets were clean and well maintained, although there were a couple of issues with them not flushing properly due to low water pressure. There was always plenty of loo rolls and paper towels available and the bins were regularly emptied, so all in all, no complaints there.
Dishwashing facilities were good and the kids play areas and animals provided good entertainment in between the kids running around like lunatics trying to tie the parents up in knots!
Regular walks into Stourport were easy and frequent and the local swimming baths provided further enjoyment. Visits to Shipleys funfair and the local Wetherspoons added to the fun, and with plenty of shops to visit in the town, we weren't stuck for things to do.
The only downside I can see is that the site could do with having a little shop for basic groceries etc, but even then, the local Spar is only a short distance up the road so not a major issue.
Happy to recommend this site to anybody - in fact, I'm already trying to convince hubby that we should go back for another weekend break as soon as work restrictions permit!

All the staff are wonderful, giving us a really good welcome on arrival which was a really nice way to be greeted and treated. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any queries or questions you have.
Facilities are excellent, clean and always tidy, the shower with the lovely hot water and in the really clean loos plenty of loo roll [which is always a plus] also toilet blocks are key coded they really have thought of security and everyone's safety.
We stayed on the rally site next to the river -where I became a tourer widow sat in the sun with my book due to my hubby fishing nearly everyday.
The pitches on the site were roomy and we didn't have any problem with noise at all, neither did we have a problem with the electric tripping what bliss! [no fighting to find a torch]
The play areas are modern, clean and safe and there are plenty of pitches that have a good view of the play area, when the grand-children came for a few days they also had fun at the small farmyard area [lovingly kept and immaculate] there were ducks, several different breeds of chickens, 2 pigmy goats. The kiddies and adults enjoyed this feature and as far as you can see all around are really nice grounds with ponds and lots of wildlife.
The recycle facilities are excellent which is nice to see.
Plenty of shops, chip shops, restaurants and take aways in both Stourport and Bewdley just a 5 minute ride by car.
Only a 15 minute walk into Stourport along the riverside walk.
Only left this afternoon and had the horrors as I hate going home could have stayed for lot longer than 9 nights as this site is excellent value for your money, so cannot wait to return and as our daughter and family live in Telford and our best friends in Bewdly its a really great site for us to stay.
Will definitely be returning here again asap

Lovely and clean site, staff are very helpful. Kids get sent back to there caravans or tents when it starts to get dark so nice and peaceful at evening. Really nice grounds with ponds and lots of wildlife. Only a 15 minute walk into Stourport and its like a seaside town, loads of rides for all ages. Toilets are very very clean, 10 out of 10, cant wait for our next visit

Visited this site for one night and booked very last minute as weather forecast was so good. Anita was very helpful and friendly both on the phone and on arrival. The site is excellently kept and all facilities were in great condition and obviously well looked after. The play areas were modern, clean and safe and there are plenty of pitches that have a good view of the play area.
The toilet and washrooms were secure, warm and superbly clean.
We will definitely come again.

We stayed here with our grandson in February. A very nice site, great children's play area and lots of ground for him to ride his scooter on. Toilets and showers were immaculate and free. It was nice listening to classic fm whilst having a poo. The electric supply tripped on 3 occasions during our stay (to all pitches) rectified within 40 mins, and the grass area was very muddy (but it was Feb!) This site is very handy for the west mid safari park - 3 miles away and severn valley railway. Also there is a caravan dealer in stourbridge 'chichester caravans' - which we visited for a new water filter and left with a new (14k) caravan! There's not a lot within walking distance except a housing estate with a local spa shop but overall well worth a visit ! We would go back.
