An excellent site
Good points: Toilets and showers were perfect, Site layout, Location, Large kids play area, Large pitch.
Bad points: Small children should be watched near the river and water features, if pitched near them.
Whilst we were there we visited - Worcester, Cadbury's world, Iron bridge, Merry hill (large shopping centre) and the Black country museum.
I would use this site again if I was visiting the area.
Note - some pitches were fully serviced, some just had electric and some looked very small, only one price. I would recommend discussing this on booking.

We were supposed to stay here for 4 nights over Easter but the weather was so bad that after travelling 3 hours to get there and pitching our tent in the dark and rain, we only stayed the one night! We were in the River Rally field which was busy with caravans and children. As we don't have children it was probably just as well that we only stayed one night as I think the number of children in close proximity to us would not have suited us. I'm sure it's great for families with children.
Even though we only stayed one night there were a couple of things that I wasn't very impressed with. In the description on this site it stated that the toilet and shower facilities are heated, which would have been lovely, but the ones we used certainly were not and there was not provision for heating as far as I could tell. The thought of showering in a really really cold block was another reason we went home early.
All in all having read the description on this site and their own web site, I was expecting more and was quite disappointed.

Well what a nice site, excellent shower block and spotless, very clean site the staff are first class and very helpful, Stourport town is ten mins walk along the river seven and has all the shops, pubs and eateries that you could wish for, there is a playground for the kids and a funfair, in the town there is also a caravan sales and service centre for your bits and pieces all in all I can't fault it.
This site is first class for service and facilities

This site is in a good location upon the river severn, you can walk along the river to stourport in 10 mins were there are plenty of shops and pubs,or you can walk to bewdley in abot 1hour.Try and book on main field as this still catches the sun late on if you like to sit out in evening,we were on super pitches which only had sun in morning. Toilets and showers clean and tidy.Excellent dog walking feild. Site nice and quite during the night.Site is really busy at weekends so book in advance.

Just returned from aug bank holiday weekend and would recommend this site it is spotless and the toilet / showers are 1st grade no problem in taking showers if you use sense and note busy periods. Staff are constantly cleaning the block. The site itself is well kept and large play area if you have children with you.Staff very helpful and polite. It only 15 min walk along river into stourport. Will revisit this place again soon.

We stayed here 20/27 August right next to the river on the rally field. Weather was a bit hit and miss. We were very impressed with the whole set up. Nice clean toilets and showers(a bit busy between 8 & 10) and they even supplied blocks to put your bbq on. Only a 15 minute stroll along riverside footpath into Stourport for food and drink. Visited Safari park, great afternoon out. The staff were very helpful. I fished on the river a couple of times but it wasn't up to much and ended up at Larford Lakes only 6 min drive from Stourport(fantastic fishing, 40lbs in 3 hrs, biggest fish 11lb 7oz common) All in all a nice quiet place to stay.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Lickhill Manor.
Upon arrival the friendly lady at reception told us we had been allocated a pitch on the riverside. I said I would prefer to be near the lake and she was happy to oblige and showed us to all the available pitches.
The campsite is really lovely. Unzipping your tent in the morning to a view of the pretty lake and with its resident ducks and geese is really stunning.
The surroundings are very pretty, neatly kept and clean and tidy. The facilities, including the showers, toilets, dishwashing room and playground were all excellent. There is no shop on site.
The walk into Stourport is only about 15 minutes along the river, but quite a long way there and back for little legs. Stourport is a nice little town with riverside amusements (to include a paddling pool, crazy golf course, go karts, mini train, boat trips etc) and canals which kept our family happy for the day. Not many shops but enough for all your needs.
All in all I would definitely recommend this campsite for a lovely weekend break and would return without a doubt.

Excellent site, We stayed on the riverside field which was large & flat & well drained.
Toilets & showers kept very clean & the washing up facilities are also very good.
The grounds & gardens are very well maintained.
Stourport is a 15 minute walk downstream along the river bank.
The fishing is only £3 for the duration of your stay, I caught lots of perch & a few chub. There are fishing tackle shops close by in Stourport.
The site would be better if it had a shop on site, But it did not spoil our stay.
We will definitely return to this site in the future.

Very impressed with this site, its locations and its all flat. Generous pitch size and lovely lake (manmade) to add character. Alternatively opt to camp down by the river Severn and enjoy the fishing (Permit price £3 per person for the duration of your stay). Staff were wonderful, very keen to provide detailed responses to questions instead of the yes/no approach.
Shower blocks contained 4 showers each, very clean, tiled throughout and did not find them to be busy. One negative is only TWO washing up basins are provided and 10-15min wait can occur. We will return to this site back-end of the season but camp down by the river next time. 15min walk along the river side to Stourport which keep the kids busy on slides, crazy golf, and amusement arcades. (also a paddling pool free of charge but can be closed on occasions) was open when we visited.
Only negatives to the campsite were the mindless fodder next pitch who decided to hold a full blown mobile phone conversation at 4.05am next to our tent and was met with a degree of retribution, but no fault of the owner/operator of the site.
There is also a decent sized football/play area for the kids. Toilets block only a maximum of 3minutes walk from the furthest pitch. Found the site to be spotlessly clean. Would recommend highly. Take a loaf of bread for the kids to feed the ducks/geese and be prepared for some of the poo to find its way into your tent - all adds to the experience. Was very busy when we were there so would suggest advanced booking.

Decided to use this site as a stop on my way to Somerset after previously spending a week here in 2006.
Once again the site is outstanding. Was very busy over the weekend, but even being opposite the park, it still went quiet about 10pm, Nice to see the Park closed rule being applied at the stated time.
Toilet blocks kept spotless.
Pitches very large and in excellent condition, in fact, so good didn't put my groundsheet down as I didn't want to damage the grass.
Will definitely be back again.
