We have just returned back home after spending five nights at this campsite. Generally a very good site and a brilliant location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only critisism we have is the washing up facilites. There are only two sinks in the shower block and we had to queue when the campsite was busy. They could do with another two sinks, perhaps an outdoor one under cover like we have seen at other campsites. Also there is no washing machine if you wanted to do some clothes washing. Apart from this we were quite happy! We would definitely visit this site again in the future.

We've just got back from our 1st ever camping trip. We chose Lickhill Manor caravan park following a search on this website and liked the look of the park and the good reviews we read!
We are 2 young couples aged 23&26 and 20&21.
We arrived following a long journey and were given a very warm welcome by Jan who gave us a site information leaflet with site rules etc.
She asked about our tent and when we told her how big it was (8 berth) she offered us a larger pitch which we were really grateful for.
We were then shown down to our pitch by a friendly chap on a pushbike who explained our pitch boundaries and directed us to the toilet/shower blocks, water points, recycling and rubbish disposal areas and chemical waste site.
The man on the bike kept nipping back to check we were okay as he knew we were 1st time campers to check we were getting on okay with putting the tent up which we thought was really nice.
Our pitch {Red pitch 2} was spacious. The grass was well kept and there are lots of pretty plants, trees as well as a lovely pond area with a nice water feature. There are lots of ducks and geese who are really friendly and loved being fed by the kids on the site. Our pitch had an electic hook-up and was only a short walk away from the loos and shower block over a little bridge. There seemed to be lots of pitches with hook-ups as well as some without.
The park is kept immaculate and there are wardens patrolling regularly picking up litter and cleaning the shower blocks.
The shower/loo block is kept really clean. There were 5 loos and 4 showers(i think) in the block. Showers were free and were lovely and hot!
There is also a family/disabled shower room available in the block. They play music in the shower block which was nice.
Within the shower block are 2 sinks for pot washing and also a small chest freezer which was great and well used!
The site is lovely to walk around and there are several benches to sit on around the pond. There are 2 reception areas, one for the main caravan park and the other for the big touring field which is well away from the main site and has its own shower/toilet block.
There is a beauty salon on site which we didn't try out but definitely would when we go again!
The local shop (SPAR) is a 5 minute drive away or about a 15-20 minute walk.
West Midlands Safari Park is only a 10 minute drive away and was a really nice day out. The caravan park sell safari park tickets at a discounted price which was an added bonus.
There are a few pubs around and about, more in the centre of the local town but we didn't try them out so can't comment on them. The local chinese is lovely but they didn't deliver so we went to collect it but it is only a 5-10minute drive into Stourport so it wasn't a problem for us. We did see pizza's being delivered on site.
The childrens playground looked lovely and well maintained. It was well used by the little ones who seemed to love it. There are some pitches (mainly for tents) right around the play area so I can imagine these get pretty noisy at times!
Where we were pitched was perfect really, when we go again we will definitely ask for the same pitch or one nearby.
There seemed to be plenty of hard-standing areas for caravans. This area did look very busy but where we were was quieter and looked more spacious.
I think there is fishing available on site aswell although we didn't try it so can't comment on it really.
There were people of all ages on the site from young families with children to older couples.
Overall it is a lovely site and we would have no hesitation in returning. It was a great experience for our 1st camping trip!

This site has everything that you could possibly want. The most impressive part was the obvious enthusiasm of everyone else staying there. Although our motorhome had toilet facilities, we used the toilet block just to experience the unbelievable cleanliness and - wait for it - the piped music (seriously).
We were positioned on an excellent level pitch which showed obvious signs of having been flooded the previous year. Our electric cable wouldn't reach the power point and the reception was by now unmanned. A telephone is provided in reception for this eventuality and we were sorted out over the phone with an extra long cable, free of charge and on trust. Full marks for service!
The walk to Stourport along the river was lovely. The town itself is a friendly working town and we found an excellent Indian restaurant near to the canal basin. A very enjoyable stay was finished off with a day at West Mid Safari park.

Just arrived back from a lovely 6 days, 5 of which were sun hurrah! what a lovely site, quite busy when we arrived on saturday but by Sunday evening got quieter and by Tuesday there were only a few of us left. Loved the family of ducks who visited regularly. There was nothing we could fault, no queues for toilets / showers or we just picked the right times to go. Best day out West Midlands Safari park, interesting place to visit Ludlow, Brinton Arms in Stourport for excellent meals reasonably priced, had the chicken dinner one night and failed miserably it was HUGE, even went to Stratford although nearly an hour away, but well worth the visit. It was such a lovely relaxing break, our pitch was huge plenty of room between each other okay there were children playing football but they are on holiday too. Dont be so mean people. Will be coming back .PERFICK

We were pitched by the playarea. This is a lovely site, clean toilets and showers. Short walk along river into stourport. Pleasant staff. Good playarea but be warned your tent may be hit by footballs
Beware if camping. When it rains the tent pitchs flood. Big pools of water appeared under tent. We would have appreciated some warning by site staff who must have known this would happen. We had to pack up at 3am due to the pools of water.
We would only use again in a caravan

Visited this site on a bank holiday, it was absolutely rammed, therefore a funny little man observed us the whole time while we were erecting our tent making sure we kept to the LINES, which was a little annoying when your stressed out trying to do it in the rain. The site was kept clean, was nt bothered after the first hour, the toilets were nice and clean a little cold for the shower but the washing up facilities were rubbish as for a site which holds hundreds there were only 2 sinks.
I dont think I would return very packed and very strict 5/10 for me but hey each to there own.

Booked this site last minute. Arrived with nice reception and very helpful staff. Put us on the rally field next to the river Seven. Bit worried as not hard standing but was informed that it would be OK. It rained and it was OK. Very nice site with lots of statics on it full-time but well laid out and very nice vibe with lots of nice walks and only 10 minute walk down the river to Stourport on Seven. Only minus was the motocross competition in the field across the river that was blasting out for 2 days but if I would have seen the bikes racing for the trees I would have probably sat there watching it. No TV reception but who cares.
Visit again?? of course.

Great place toilets were clean it was very hot when we stayed and the site was full .The only complaint we had was we were too close to the play area and our tent got battered by footballs often and it was a bit noisy late into the night with kids. But we had a wonderful day out at west Midlands safari park which is only 5mins from the site

We went in September and the weather was ok. My husband went fishing while we were there - you can get a permit from site. We had a very relaxing weekend and will definitely be going back next year. Stourbridge is a short drive away and there are many shops etc to have a look around. Bewdley is also a nice place to visit. The site itself is great. The music in the toilets is unusual at first but you soon get used to it. Our pitches were located right by the pond but the ducks weren't any trouble but be warned you do have an early morning wake up call when they all descend on the pond. The people of site were very friendly. Very good site definitely worth a visit.
