Lovely Park, shame about the showers!
The Park was Lovely, very well kept grounds, with nicley organised recycling facilities. We had a warm welcome from the Wardens. The site seemed filled with bird song and it was lovely to see the ducks and moorhens with their babies. In addition to this it was just a short walk into Stourport and the shops. All seemed quite perfect until I visited the showers! Whilst the WC's and washbasins were very clean and pleasant to use, the showers were a let down for me and the reason I only stayed one of the two nights we had planned.
They were very uninviting, small cubicles which had to accommodate a white plastic chair for your belongings? You had to step over a raised tiled ledge into the actual shower area, this area had a horrid large drain in the centre which you would have been unable to avoid standing on, the shower curtains and tiles were all dated and did not match the rest of the park or the 5 star washroom the park literature promised. I didn't shower.

Booked the pitch the night before arrival for Monday to Saturday. Was surprised to be charged only £84 on a super pitch. This was due to their offer book any 3 nights Monday to Thursday and pay for 2 or book 7 pay for 6. Great value. The site itself is really well maintained and laid out with trees, gardens and has good children's play areas. All the pitches were kept immaculate. The rally fields are kept to the same standard and flat. The reception staff are helpful and give lots of useful info. Free wifi is available all over the site but TV reception can be patchy use satellite if you have it. The site has a stretch of riverbank for fishing £5 per week and a lovely riverside walk to Stourport or Bewdley. The toilets are worthy of the award given and the site is eco friendly with recycling and wild areas for insects and birds. Shops and pub are local but the shortish walk to town is well worth it for shopping. If you have kids West Midlands wildlife park is just down the road and Blists Hill Victorian Village is a short drive and well worth experiencing.

It's now Saturday night at 11. 33pm and the noise from other campers is really loud.
Dont come here If you expect a quiet place. And to be honest we are really close to the booking office so the site owner must know.
Campsite says no noise after 11pm but it's so loud the children have woke up. Don't get me wrong ive been away in a group party but when it's time to be quiet we've been quiet,
This is our second visit here but also our last

Just got back from our first weekend away at Lickhill. On arrival the staff were faultless. Friendly and warm welcome. Any question answered. We stayed on the riverside field. Perfect. Right next to the river severn. Ideal pitch for my husband who's a keen fisherman. Our 8 year old son had a great time playing at the park, scooting around the field and especially the 15-20 minute walk along the river to the town centre.
If there was anything we'd wish for next time we stay at Lickhill and that's to take our dinghy to take full advantage of the river.

Just returned from a very nice 3 day stay at this site. We were located on the new hard standing no 4 down by the small reception. The facilities are first class. Each hard standing pitch has its own electricity, water and grey water drain. And our pitch was only 30 yards or so from the toilet block which very impressive. Absolutely spotless with shower cubicles with plenty of hot water albeit you have to hold down the water plunge for continuous water. Piped music into the block makes the visit a pleasure. The adjoining areas provide the cleaning facilities for pots and pans in giant stainless steel sinks and they provide the washing up liquid and the brushes. The chemical disposal area is also clean and tidy. There is a children's playground a short distance away but as it was term time there were no users. On the other side of the site is the rally field which was holding the Bongo AGM and plenty of users. There is a really nice 25 minute stroll along the river side into the town of Stourport on Severn. Plenty of places to eat and drink and the local Chinese Takeaway delivers to the site for £1. Overall a very very nice place to stay. The staff are warm and welcoming from Anita who took the booking to Andy who helped with the free wifi for both us and our elderly neighbours. If I was to be critical is that behind the boundary trees are 2 local schools with play areas and as you can imagine in the morning at 8am onwards it is considerably noisy. Taking that all into consideration we will still be returning sooner than later.

Amazing site. We have just got back from a lovely Monday to Friday break. The staff are brilliant very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble the site is immaculate from the toilets/showers to the parks and gardens. I would recommend this site to anyone. We have met some lovely people and made some lovely friends with our neighbours from the site. Children's play areas are safe and stourport is only a 15 minute stroll along the river which the children also enjoyed. We will definitely be staying here again. We were a little late packing away due to the rain but staff were understanding and helpful with that also. Thanks to everyone at lickhill manor we will be back soon

We have just had a lovely 4 days at this site. Beautiful scenery, amazing site. The toilets and shower blocks are always immaculately clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly, as are all the other holidaymakers. I cannot fault the place and I would have no hesitation in recommending the park to anyone. I want my lottery numbers to come up now, so I can buy a static caravan. It is very difficult to find fault with this superb family site. The bathroom is outstanding, and the grounds are well kept, and the staff are very helpful. It must be one of the very best sites in the country, so it was very surprising to find that they only provide 10amp electric hook ups, while I have found that most other sites provide 16amp.

We stayed here as part of a rally. Beautiful flat site that easily accommodated over 200 vans. Toilets constantly being cleaned and tidied, so despite the large numbers, facilities always clean. Touring area of site very attractively landscaped. Fantastic setting for walking or cycling straight from the site along the river and canals. Only about 1 mile from Stourport along a lovely riverside path.

We stayed here for Easter for our 1st run of the year.
We (as it appears others often do) went to the wrong booking in office, but we're quickly shown to the right one.
The field / camping park was very decent and flat. With the amenities within easy short walking distance.
We had asked to be near the play park as we have two children. It was well maintained and generally as the rest of the park is, very tidy and looked after.
We did think that the touring pitches were quite empty, then Saturday morning arrived and every one started turning up most moaning about the ever increasing unpopular - minimum of three nights which you now have to pay for, for an Easter stay.
It was ok for us as we could get home Friday night and be on the park in a hour, but many could not do that. So they have to pay for Friday night but not been able to stay.
All said, that isn't a reflection on this site, it a moan about the general camp site rip off for bank holidays that seems to be on the increase.
Would I recommend this site? Totally!
