A lovely quiet site with basic but adequate facilities.

Lovely welcome from the owners.

10 minutes walk to a bus to Harrogate or Ripon.

Will definitely go again.

What a lovely camp site! I was impressed that this working farm is managed for wildlife, and was struck by the diversity in the hedgerows, which were full of birds.

A beautiful location, first class facilities with a thoughtful personal touch, and above all friendly and welcoming service.

I can't recommend this site highly enough, and hope to visit again soon.

Lovely quiet site in a stunning location.

Plenty of room around pitches.

Unisex facilities which isn’t a problem. Liked the added touch of the radio, hairdryer and straighteners in the toilet block.

Was shown to the pitch by the friendly host who had lots of local knowledge of things to do in the area.

Tesco express within walking distance.

Harrogate within walking distance (less than 2miles to the centre).

Bus stop just outside the site to Harrogate or Ripon.

Loved my stay at this site and would definitely recommend staying here.

 Lovely little campsite.

The owners are lovely and are so accommodating to help make your stay better.

Showers and toilets nice and clean and showers hot.

They even have a fridge freezer for you put your food in if you haven't got a cool box.

Their homemade sausage rolls are a must too 😋

This is out 2nd visit this year and will definitely be back again in the future.

Lovely campsite with a really warm welcome from Tanya and Annie. The two toilets and shower pods were clean with lots of nice touches.

Very convenient for Harrogate with no. 36 bus running frequently from bus stops at the end of the campsite lane.

We also enjoyed a nice trip into Ripley and a walk around Swinsty Reservoir with the dog.

Despite facing significant challenges, they continue to offer a great little campsite.

Very friendly welcome, good views from most of the site,

Excellent little provisions shop selling most of what you could need including hot coffee and cakes. Also a cookware shop selling everything you could ever need and more.

Site facilities (unisex toilets and showers) are clean and simple. Bus stop at the end of the lane with a regular bus into Harrogate or Ripley /Leeds.

30 minute road walk into Ripley with its castle and 45minutes road walk to Harrogate. The main A61 road at the end of the lane is very busy although you can’t hear it from the site.

Footpaths direct from just outside the site leading to outskirts of Harrogate and Ripley, we did the Ripley route which was easy enough if you don’t mind trudging through cow fields.

Overall a lovely site.

We used this site as a stopover on our way from Kent to Scotland.

It was a well kept site on a working farm with views over the surrounding countryside.

Bus service to Harrogate from outside the gate.

Site was very clean with modern showers and toilets.

Excellent campsite in a quiet location. Amenities are as listed which are kept clean and tidy.

Definitely value for money.

Ideal location for visiting Harrogate, Ripley, Ripon, Knaresborough or further afield. Bus stop nearby on A61.

Owners friendly and helpful.

Will certainly consider staying again.
