It was A lovely site, very friendly welcome.
Set in a lovely location with a bus stop at the end of the lane.
A well stocked cook shop also selling fab Victoria sponge, yum yum

Fantastic campsite with brilliant staff.
We were staying for one night ahead of a cycling event, the pitch was level,
We got a great welcome and the facilities were ideal for the size of the site.
Hope to visit again and for longer, as it's also a great location for exploring the area.
Although we didn't use anything, the shop was well stocked and very appealing! Thanks!

I return to The Cud Life every year, as my first camping trip of the season, and I know I will always be guaranteed a beaming smile on arrival.
Tanya, and her family who help out, are just so friendly and accommodating.
The site is peaceful, with a beautiful outlook across open fields to Harrogate.
The amenities are always spotlessly clean. And, if you are there on the days when the Cook Shop is open, the homemade scones and cake are delicious.

What a lovely camp site, the shop is fab, it has everything that you can imagine. Family friendly.
From arrival we were made to feel very welcome by Annie, what a haven of calm.
I would definitely recommend it, shops & pub in walking distance.

Just got back from cud life
Campsite it's a very nice and clean site
Very peaceful and Annie who was manning the shop/ reception was lovely, she couldn't do enough for us
We will definitely be going back
It's in a great location for Harrogate

Well we managed to pick a week of deep snow to go camping but we didn't let it spoil things.
The Cud Life site is exactly what an independent site should be - quirky, original, but with everything you need.
Tanya is very friendly and helpful. The site was spotless and our stay was a delight.
With a short walk back to the main road you can jump on regular buses to Harrogate and Ripon, or have a wander to nearby Ripley.

Lovely site with open views across the fields towards Harrogate.
Just two showers and toilets so possibly could get busy when site fully booked (limited space though)
One of the best things was the bus service (No36 Ripon to leeds via Harrogate) at the end of the lane which runs every 30mins during the day every hour evening until 11pm. Ideal for attending a conference like I did.
Would stay here again if visiting the area.
